Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

It was my second visit to Bolivia as I settled to become a Temporary Resident and pursuing my studies in a new country. The centralized location allowed me to easily visit Migración and other locations with ease, especially during the Civil Strike when transport options were severely limited. The center is within 7 - 8 mins walk for variety of cuisine and art by local folks. It was the beginning of Summer, so when it became too hot, the pool provided the opportunity to cool down and relax. It was a great experience and Herman helped with my transition to making Bolivia my new home.

Jorge's flat is very nice and clean. Jorge communicated very well. Jorge also arranged an airport shuttle to the flat. The check-in was very easy. There is a staff on-site available 24/7 to attend to any issues.

Jorge properties are amazing. We own three Airbnb in Miami area and we know exactly what to expect of a property. Jorge's properties achieved all our expectations and more. The host was very kind and helpful. We felt at home. She was very flexible and agreed to help us when we needed it. Everything was clean and tidy. Spacious and very comfortable apartment for groups. It has everything you need to rest and relax. It is also very safe and we were able to rest easy. We were more than satisfied.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, with 3 air conditioners and 2 bathrooms. Also with everything needed for cooking there. It's in a very quiet and beautiful area, close to many restaurants and shopping centers. The pool is very nice on the terrace although a little small. Great place to rest.

We felt right at home these 2 weeks. Cecilia was a magnificent host, helping in everything in the most effective and fastest way. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and is new and clean. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen, it's perfect for having your home away from home. The only downside is that it doesn't have a washing machine, but everything else is there. The condominium is great, new, clean and with all the amenities: swimming pool, gym, recreational area... The building staff is also very attentive and friendly. It's close to the second ring and there are plenty of restaurants (including the well-known Casa del Camba) and supermarkets that are open late for any last-minute needs. 100% recommended, and we will repeat if possible in our future stays in Santa Cruz.

Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment, lots of light, lovely art, rugs, furnishings. Above a five star hotel so we used the pool and restaurant which was great. Felt like a cool and peaceful haven, above the jungle, watching the birds circling. Was perfect to cook, catch up on washing and relax when we had been travelling for a while and a base to have excursions around Santa Cruz. Very flexible allowing a 4 am check in for a very early morning flight. If you find this apartment, we highly recommend it, definitely book it.

Just what I needed after spending a month in the jungle. Clean, quiet, comfortable, good amenities, and very easy and flexible check-in, which was perfect since I arrived at 4am after a very delayed bus journey through a blockade. I didn’t get out to explore the immediate surroundings as I was mainly there to rest, but it was easy enough to get an Uber to the city centre for dinner

Great stay. Flat was in a great location and as described. Host was very friendly and responsive. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. I was travelling solo and felt very safe.

Perfect, I was with my baby en lo anfitrião left several baby stuff, everything impeccable. The only thing is that the food could not go up, no one can enter. But the guard helped me because I was with my baby. Everything isaac always responds quickly, the location is perfect, on the most beautiful avenue in SCZ! Very good security, I'm going to stay more times for sure

Excellent place, nice single room and cozy. Everything is clean and as promised. Small clarification, there is no parking in the building, it is parked on the street.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The host was incredibly responsive to all my requests, and whenever I needed something, she would promptly send her son over to assist. The washing machine was a huge bonus, saving me money in the long run. Most importantly, there were no bugs or rodents. The unit itself feels luxurious, and the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. The queen-size bed was perfect for me at 193 cm tall, providing ample space for a comfortable sleep. I frequently had three to five guests over, and I never encountered any issues. Plus, the presence of a security guard made me feel very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

I actually wrote Yenny a private note after my stay thanking and complimenting. This will be my go-to place in Santa Cruz from now on. Great location right behind Las Brisas Mall. The apartment itself was ideal. Super communication. Secured building. I vote YES!!
