The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and functional. The beach is within walking distance, and there is an ocean view when you stand on the street. The location is superb, situated conveniently between the Monterey Peninsula and Santa Cruz. There are many excellent restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the area remains peaceful and relaxing.

What a wonderful stay! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The garden was absolutely beautiful, full of vibrant flowers that made the whole property feel like a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly friendly and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. We loved the location—just a short walk to downtown and plenty of amazing restaurants. Our dog Dwayne especially enjoyed himself, and had a great time playing with their sweet dog, Simon.

Daniel was friendly and prompt in his response times. My family felt very comfortable on his property. Booking his fuest house definitely improved the quality of our vacation!

Sarah's place was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and cozy, making it a very comfortable base for our trip. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks in the kitchen – it was a lovely welcome! Parking was a breeze; we found easy street parking, and Sarah even provided a parking pass, which was essential for summer street parking. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the beach, various restaurants, and downtown. We highly recommend Sarah's place and would definitely love to come back on our next visit!

I half expected to see Jay Gatsby on the balcony when I pulled in. Instead I found Lou very welcoming. The location is convenient to Santa Cruz and Los Gatos. Very peaceful.

Absolutely wonderful spot in an incredible neighborhood. Safe and quiet, it felt like stepping back in time when leaving the busy city for this hideaway on the edge of the hills. Highly recommended and we will be definitely have it on our short list for return trips!

Ray was a very accommodating, friendly host. His place was clean and quiet. It was very well stocked and equipped with everything I need. Also every places I wanted to go was close to his place. We enjoyed 2 weeks of perfect weather and took advantage of the spectacular outside areas with different seating areas for sun or shade. 26 different species of birds were seen or heard!! The cottage is very clean and well-appointed. We were glad to have a gas stove and grill as we cooked most meals. The strong wifi and work area were important to us. Karen was very responsive but not at all intrusive. We felt that although the cottage is right next to her house, we had complete privacy.

This was one of the most beautiful airbnbs we’ve stayed in! The house is gorgeous and the property is so cool - our kids loved all of the animals. Laurel is so communicative and helpful. We truly had the best time!

A great option when staying in Santa Cruz. Clean, quiet, close to everything.

Immaculate accommodations, great location. A five minute walk to Natural Bridges. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. Comfy beds (my son used the sofa bed which was queen size and firm), fresh linens/towels, well stocked kitchen with snacks upon arrival which was very nice. Beach chairs and beach umbrella came in handy, too. Hope to stay again! Thanks for your hospitality, Kim!

This was a one of a kind Airbnb!! Our hosts, Ersan and Derya, were so gracious!! It was like visiting family! The cottage felt so homey and super clean. The patio was covered with blooming flowers and table and chairs and patio furniture to relax on. It was a prime getaway space as we visited our new grandbaby only 2 miles away!! We can’t wait to return next month!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Pedram's place and every time is perfect. Pedram is super easy to communicate with and responsive. The place is exactly what I want and has excellent appliances and layout.

We had a wonderful time staying at Makayla and Buffalo's house. The guest house was convenient, cozy, and pristine. The pool was a tremendous asset for our son because we stayed with our 7-year-old for his birthday, and he had a great time splashing around. An unexpected treat was when Bofelo graciously let us feed carrots to his horses. The grounds are away from the downtown area in a more peaceful rural area, but Gilroy and Morgan Hill are very close by. This was great for a small family visiting Gilroy Gardens.

This is my second time here. From the first time, I was fascinated by Khang's Airbnb. It's cozy, has everything you need for a stay of one or more weeks, and above all, Khang is very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend staying at his Airbnb.

We had a fabulous stay, the space was perfect for my family of 4. Amazing location, so close to great shops and restaurants as well as the coast - we loved watching all the surfers. We have small kids so we did cook at home quite a lot - the kitchen was really nice and had everything you could need (I always appreciate when there is oil to cook with for example!). We would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dipti's place! She and her husband are both very friendly and were helpful with a request we had when checking in. The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious for 2 people and enjoyable to be in. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if available.

I absolutely loved this cottage! It was styled so cute! There was such attention to detail and great care placed with preparing the amenities. I had everything I needed and the snacks after a long day of travel were appreciated! The place was very quiet and in beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe. I was able to work outdoors on the porch one of the days. There’s a lot to do in the neighborhood and I was pleasantly surprised to find out my Gym (F45) was a 4 minute drive away. I stumbled upon a great local coffee shop and a wonderful Farmer’s Market just a few miles away. I can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lynn is a great host and always easy to communicate with. My aunt visits for several weeks at a time and loves staying at Lynn’s place. It’s a quiet safe neighborhood and has everything you need for an extended stay to be comfy.

This place was so adorable. Such a cute little cottage in beautiful surroundings. My daughter especially loved the bed in the loft. The host was accommodating and gave us all the privacy we desired. The house was fully functioning and as described. We would definitely book this place again.

This is my third time staying here and it’s been perfect every time! Great hosts - helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Great location to walk into Los Gatos village. Easy parking if you have a car; enjoy the skylights, the music options and the amazing coffee machine for my daily almond milk latte!
