You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Permit number 231040 Private cabin in a serene, wooded setting, 20 min. to Santa Cruz. Main house has two bedrooms and a loft. Hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue, large deck, views. Indoors has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, great room, gas fireplace, loft, master bedroom, guest bedroom, two bathrooms. I am not longer allowed to rent out the two ADUs. Quality furniture, comfortable beds, stylish sectional, large dining table.

This beautifully & recently renovated studio with separate entry and private bathroom is in the middle of everything Santa Cruz has to offer: downtown, beaches, boardwalk, West Cliff Drive, bike paths, etc. are an easy walk or bike-ride. The studio is also a quiet area for remote work. We are pleased to host you and help make your experience great. You may also access the common-space gardens and hot tub in the spa-like back yard (upon request).
