Immaculately maintained, spacious property. Very relaxing. Close to all the necessary shops. Well equipped for families.

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

This is a unique, spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean and fun place to stay. We had eight people in our group — four kids (3rd grader to 8th grader) and four adults (two couples). So much space to spread out, relax, read, play games, socialize, cook, eat, work (if needed), swim, soak in the hot tub, and just explore the property and the surrounding area. We hope to be back. Thank you to our hosts for sharing this place — and for being so welcoming and also responsive if we had a question.

We love staying here. It’s so peaceful and beautiful, I cry when it’s time to go home! Jessica is very responsive. We had an issue with the hot tub and her handyman fixed it that very night. This is our second stay, and we will be back. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Alex and Nuby’s place was such a nice family getaway. The beautiful pool, hot tub, and campfire area among the redwoods made it feel outdoorsy without actually having to tent camp. The kitchen is spacious and fun to cook in. Very modern appliances and large windows to make it feel airy as we prepped. A nice BBQ and outside deck to dine on as well. The entire place is spacious, clean, and cozy.

We live down in Santa Cruz and wanted to treat ourselves to a poolside weekend in the mountains (and this place did not disappoint!!). Would certainly stay again and appreciate how communicative the hosts were. As we get into summer we should have known better and brought our citronella candles because the mosquitos were out with a vengeance and forced us inside- so we recommend prepping for bugs if you want to stay poolside for sunset.

I was so blown away by this beautiful property. The house is located in the middle of tall redwood trees and has a very expensive feel. There are several decks in the big driveway and lots of space to go hiking and walking and let your dogs run around the house itself is lovelyand cozy. Very clean nicely decorated. I would go back again and again.

Lauren’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway to Santa Cruz! Couldn’t have asked for better. Right next to natural bridges and only a ~15min drive to the downtown area. All in all and perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s home. Communication with the host was great, the home was very clean and comfortable, and in a good location.

I can’t boast about this place enough. Holly went above and beyond to communicate with me. She gave lots of recommendations for food places. We tried Manuel’s, Venus, Pizza my Heart, and The Hideout. Hands down, hideout was my favorite! The home was BEAUTIFUL! Literally, a dream! Our kids (12 & 7) loved it too. We celebrated my son’s 7th bday there. We beached every single day! Their home was beautiful, clean, and magical. The hubby and I slept with the doors cracked open upstairs and literally fell asleep and woke up to the crashing waves. Walk across the street and you’re on the beach! It was heaven. I told my family I was depressed coming back home. HA! The backyard was darling! The lights were my favorite & I didn’t realize there was a little sandpit. Such a great gem. We were welcomed with a basket too. Filled with local bread, taffy (my fav), cookies, wine and coffee; Even with a hand written note. I can’t wait to book their home again. It was a dream. Thank you for having us!!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

Had a beautiful stay here. Home is beautiful looks just like pictures . Has everything you need !! Great kitchen beds are comfortable. Linens are great.!! I would just say the driveway is very steep if you drive a low profile car like I do I couldn’t go up the driveway but there’s plenty of parking down below. My son does have mobility issues, but he was able to manage. Thank you again for everything. 😊😊

We had an amazing time! This home is great for kids. Lots of toys, books, and amenities suited for families. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area! Rebecca was very responsive and friendly! She answers all my questions and then some! Gave great recommendations! The cabin was very clean and comfortable! The deck is a great place to enjoy the outside! It was a fantastic stay! Not one complaint! I wish could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay! The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes from a beautiful redwoods park and a short drive to the coast. This part of California is tucked away from the busy crowds of the Bay Area and feels remote. The Loma Mar outpost offers basic provisions and a restaurant a few minutes from the house, and Pescadero has a strip of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away. The house is lovely and comfortable, very peaceful.

We were impressed by how clean the house was. It was a great location to walk to some restaurants and the coast. We parked one van street side and one van in the driveway as it was really tight to get out of the car on one area of the drive. There were chairs, bikes, and beach towels available. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or fire pit. Wish we had more time there. We had one issue but Veronica was quick to reply and resolve it. We would stay again!

Felt like a gem in the mountains. The modern amenities made it very comfortable. The host was very prompt with their responses and easy to communicate with. I felt so at home in this little cottage. I'm ready for my next visit.

We enjoyed staying at Jim's place. We were with our 18 month old toddler so things like blackout shades are important to us, as are well stocked kitchens (since we cook a lot of meals in), quiet bedrooms and cleanliness, and Jim's house checked all of these boxes. We were all mesmerized by the view of the lagoon and the bird life. It was a very relaxing trip. Thanks Jim!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and will definitely book again the next time we visit Santa Cruz! The house was spacious, clean and included a crib for our little one.
