vi presentiamo la nostra nuova casa ,si trova al terzo e ultimo piano e gode di una fantastica vista sui tetti di Venezia: l'appartamento è stato ultimato di restaurare nel maggio 2019 con finiture di alto livello: parquet in vero legno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il grande bagno ha sia vasca che doccia e due lavabi. vi ricordiamo che verremmo personalmente ad accogliervi alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia o a piazzale roma, stazione di arrivo dei bus dall'aeroporto.

The self-contained apartment, about 55 square meters, third floor (there is no elevator), is located in the Santa Croce district, near the car terminal of Piazzale Roma (just 5 minutes) and the Railway Station ( 10 minutes). It consists of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning / heating, smart TV, internet, as well as bed linen and towels.

IMPORTANT: The cleaning routine is very thorough and involves sanitizing all surfaces and objects that are normally touched by guests. The apartment is located in a typical and lively area, full of restaurants, bars, shops, still authentic and frequented by Venetians. It's close to both the station and the center. Renovated in 2015, welcoming and comfortable.
