My Home is located in a very quiet Campiello in Sestiere Santa Croce,only 6 minutes walk from the train station and Piazzale Roma, a few steps from Rio Marin and Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio.Nearby you will find markets for daily shopping,typical Venetian taverns and cafes.The apartment, which has just been renovated,is located on the mezzanine floor of a very characteristic pre-19th century building.Although it is only 45 square meters,it is well distributed and with all modern comforts.

According to article 83 of the City Council, local authorities require a city tax from any tourist over 10 years old visiting the city. The tax is collected during the check-in procedure. Here is how it works: - children from 10 to 16 years old pay 2 euro per night - guests over 16 years old pay 4 euro per night. Special note: guests arriving after 7 pm will be able to self check-in without incurring any extra costs. If our presence is requested, there will be an extra cost of 50 euro.
