With a walk of 15 minutes you are immersed in the heart of San Marco Square or the Rialto bridge and the water buses, 2 minutes away, reach the main islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello …). The B&B has a breakfast room and 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-fi, mini bar, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. The owners are happy to welcome you and give you all the advice you need to make precious your stay in Venice. It is located on the second floor of the building, has high ceilings with exposed beams and wooden floors. The facilities and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The bright and ventilated room overlooks a typical Venetian courtyard. From 1570 to the present, every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., live Gregorian chants and incense enter the house. No AC.
