The location is close to station and Rosa is very welcoming!We asked a lot of questions. He patiently answered us. The room is also very cozy!

Francesca was very flexible and hospitable during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and that our children were accommodated. She made herself available for us the entire stay, but because of her good description, recommendations, and we'll maintain place it was rarely needed. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and we'll located. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Old-Town Florence!

Great central location, walking distance to several attractions, and helpful hosts.

Darko has been extremely thoughtful and objective since the beginning of our conversations. Clear information, explained and flexible check-in, concern to send a message to know how things are going during the stay. The location is excellent. Large room, great shower (being shared never got in the way), a small minibar structure and household utensils. The site is 10 minutes' walk from virtually all local points of interest, with the central train station. There are markets around, a traditional café right on the corner and "cafes" (conveniences) within a few meters of walking for water shopping and etc at night. It was one of the nicest places we've ever been to on all our trips.

The dirty looking floor review I read prior was correct but most importantly I felt safe & the rest of the room was great! Location was convenient & I definitely recommend to any solo traveler who just needs to unplug & rest up after a long day 🤗

I truly enjoyed my stay. This apartment was spacious and modern. Only minor downside is that it’s located on a fifth floor walk up; however, it is an easy climb with a very nice view. Recommend for anyone traveling for the first time in Florence. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment. Even the photos don't do it justice. A beautiful stone sweeping staircase leads up to it and then the apartment itself has beautiful frescoes on the ceiling and faded frescoes on the walls and has high ceilings and tall windows. It overlooks the church if San Felice and the Pitti Palace is just at the top of the road. It is perfectly situated and all the main sites are within a short walk. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Clean towels and spare toilet rolls etc can be picked up from the basement. There are luggage lockers if needed in the entrance hall. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Numa responded to my queries immediately (like when I stupidly couldn't work out how to open the windows!)

I was skeptical because it had no reviews but we loved it at first glance and felt at home immediately. A very Mordecai apartment in the heart of Florence, The location couldn’t be better – very close to the Duomo and plenty of nice little restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment is super spacious and The hosts very responsive. We had a small problem and they fixed it immediately! I would love to stay here again.

This apartment is exactly as described. It was in the perfect location, everywhere we wanted to go was very walkable. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and stores around. Just down the street from Conad which was convenient. We met some of the tenants in the building and they were nice. Overall a great place that we would stay at again.

Perfect for a one night stay on a roadtrip, very clean and very friendly staff, the surroundings are beautifull lots of green, also free welness, for which sadly didnt have enough time. Perfect stay!

This apartment was beautifully appointed and in a very nice area. We had no trouble finding the flat and it was nice to have a small lift to help us with heavy luggage. We walked to all the attractions easily from the apartment and there were nice restaurants write outside. We felt very safe in this location and would definitely recommend a stay here.
