This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

Great place. Just as described / photos. Right in heart of action. Great host. Had an associate greet us to show us in and go over things. Great local recommendations.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Lorenzo and Cristina are incredibly kind and helpful. The cozy house has all the comforts. Even the inner person is very well taken care of. The bus at the hospital is very easy to get to and from the center quickly, in short this is an ideal place to explore Florence. We had a wonderful time!

Great stay, located in the heart of Florence. Host was flexible with letting us drop bags early for free. Any issues that popped up, they were very quick to work with us to fix. Would recommend!

Great base to explore Florence with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated all the coffee pods! Matteo was an excellent host, accommodating an early check in and booking us a taxi. The house is a 20 minute walk into the tourist spots, which is further than you think in the Summer heat! Recommend eating/drinking in the local bars rather than across the river, it’s a great neighbourhood. Santarosa Bistrot and Piazza Santo Spirito were our favourites. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

This Airbnb listing has a great location! It has a lot of space and is roomy and well appointed. The communication is also clear and precise and Filipo was very helpful with all the instructions! We had a lot of fun in our time here at Florence and would love to come back again.

Massimiliano’s place was incredible. Quite a few stairs up to the apartment (but is the same as all stays in the region). The view from the balcony is unbelievably worth it and the 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed a night up there with local wine and the sunset. The bedrooms were quite spacious with room for suitcases to remain open, and shared spaces throughout the apartment were generous enough for the small time spent inside. Thank you Max!

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

What an amazing place to stay. Everything is so close, within walking distance of the front door. Laura was always on hand to help with our plans and kindly allowed us a later checkout. The 76 steps up to the apartment are just part of the many many steps you will do in beautiful Florence, being so high up meant the roof terrace was a very peaceful place to sit in the morning and to watch the sun go down over the Duomo.

You get what you pay for—and more. This modern Italian-designed apartment in Florence was outstanding. The view of the Ponte Vecchio from the balcony was truly breathtaking, and the sleek, high-end furnishings made the space feel like a luxurious private retreat. The location couldn’t be better—central, elegant, and within walking distance to everything. Even when we couldn’t get a taxi to the train station, we were fortunate the walk was only about 15 minutes. The host did her very best to help, and we truly appreciated her effort. Highly recommended for a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in Florence.

Oh my goodness! What can I say about Marco….except that he is amazing, adorable, kind, flexible, and communicative. The Perfect host!! He met us at the door! He helped us with our luggage, showed us his amazing and large apartment. He was only a phone call away if we had any questions which I did. He answered right away! He has this amazing scrapbook that his mother drew that explains everything that you need to know for Florence! The bed was comfy and large. The air conditioner was cold. I highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough great things about Alessandro’s apartment! It was neat, clean and so spacious. We loved the 2 bathrooms and enjoyed being able to make a few meals. Especially after our long days of touring all the beautiful sites near by. “Super host” is a great way to describe Alessandro. When we come back to visit- we will definitely be sure to stay here!

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

This place was amazing. The inside is just like the pictures and has plenty of room. The location is also prime. Very close to everything. They gave us a welcome gift and walked us through it all really make it feel like home. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

Great place to stay for a week in Florence. Easy to walk to all neighborhoods and sites across the city. Visited in the middle of June, excellent air conditioning in the apartment saved us. Marella also provided a lot of suggestions for restaurants and coffee bars. Check in and access super easy. Be advised the bed is very much on the firm side, so may or may not suit you depending on your preference. Thanks, Marella!

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

This was the best spot in Florence to stay! Plenty of room, the patio area is fantastic! Location is wonderful, 15 minute max walk to everything. The view of Duomo is amazing and the gelato place right outside is delicious! Vasily and his wife were great hosts and were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
