Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

We were a group of 10 staying Friday to Sunday at the villa. It is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious and the common areas perfect for a large group. It was very clean throughout. The kitchen is well designed and easy to use for a crowd. We deployed the large BBQ for a meal at home on the first evening. A cocktail, a steak and a view of the rolling hills - how charming! I would strongly recommend renting a car or cars because the village is some walk away. There is a large and well stocked Co-op about 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Giulia on behalf of the host was simply brilliant. She was very responsive and helpful, and full of good recommendations. I would not hesitate to endorse this property and its management - we had a brilliant stay and would happily come back again.

Licio has been one of the best hosts I've had on Airbnb. Everything was great. I also fell in love with his house, the passage and all of Chianti. I hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The house is super equipped for cooking, with everything you need available. The outdoor spaces are beautiful: lots of well-kept greenery, ideal for relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the area is very quiet, great for unwinding. The view is magnificent and the pool was perfect! Check-in was simple and communication with the host was impeccable: always available and friendly. Great value for money! Highly recommended

Our family of four loved this home. Here’s what felt extra luxurious to us: a separate wing for the 22 yr old, 3 bathrooms, high quality bed linen and towels, ability to do laundry and cook, wine and goodies on arrival, and a beautiful and serene park view. Birdsong in the morning, fireflies in the evening, pure magic.

Spontaneously booked. And can easily arrange everything necessary at short notice. Federico is calmly communicative and can refine the stay with good recommendations. The location is special. The place has a good effect on the body and mind. WeiläuAbout but not far for shopping or restaurants. A beautiful pool. Tasteful spaces. Wifi junckies could sometimes hate something with the net, but the overall picture is not diminished. Everything else necessary is on site or will be promptly provided by Federico. A wonderful starting point for Visit in Florence or Chianti. Lots of rustic trattorias,winemakers and olive farmers nearby.

Fantastic place to stay! This was my second visit to this apartment because it’s in a perfect location, beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood but five minutes from everything. The two bedrooms are very private and have a nice amount of space between them. Can’t recommend this more highly!

Wonderful apartment in a quiet, safe part of Florence. About a 20-minute walk to main attractions and 1 mile from the train station. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with two A/C units that kept it cool. The bathroom and shower were great, and there’s a small washing machine inside. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The kitchen is small but functional, with multiple coffee makers and a fridge. Be aware: there are about 55 steep stairs and no elevator, so it may not suit those with mobility issues. The hosts were amazing responsive and kind. I’d gladly stay again!

Great apartment in a quiet zone. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. We also used the sofa bed in the living room, very convenient. Only a 10 minute leisurely walk to Il Duomo and a 13 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The hosts were superb; incredibly responsive through the Airbnb app or what’s app. The walk up the 6 floors is doable for younger and/or fit people, wouldn’t recommend it if you get easily tired or have knee/walking problems. We are relatively fit and had teenagers with us so it wasn’t an issue. Thanks Matteo and friends for a great experience at your apartment!

Simone's spacious and cozy apartment is exactly as described. Simone's communication was absolutely brilliant and proactive, I got thorough instructions on how to arrive, and we felt really welcome. The apartment is located outside of the core, so it's a little more peaceful. However, it's within walking distance and the bus is quick. There are restaurants right next door and several grocery stores of different sizes within walking distance. Services well available. The apartment is also very peaceful, there are hardly any noises from the neighbors. There are some traffic noises from the street, but not a constant rush of traffic. Overall, I think a very good value.

Everything was as described! This is a 15-20 minute walk to the center of everything or a quick bus. We prefer being more quiet and outside of things so this was great for us. We also don’t mind the further walk to some restaurants so it worked for us. We wondered around the neighborhood in the evening and discovered what became our favorite dinner. We enjoyed the option to balance the classic visitor experience and a local feel by staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and located in a great area—close to everything I needed. The host was excellent with communication and made everything easy and stress-free. The interior decor was absolutely beautiful—stylish, warm, and thoughtfully done. Great place, as described + pictured. We were easily able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to visit, but appreciated being slightly removed from the busiest parts of Florence. Edoardo was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!!!

Our extended family had a wonderful Christmas in Francesca‘s lovely home. We enjoyed the art and the cozy comforts. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and serve a beautiful holiday meal. We hope to be back!

Great place, location, and attentive hosts. I highly recommend! No stairs which is nice if you have a bunch of luggage, you just walk right in. Clean and has everything you need to feel at home.

We had a lovely stay and Simona was keen to ensure that we were happy. The villa has a lovely rustic feel. Ignore the no entry sign at the end of the dirt track road and drive up through the trees. You park right outside the house. It was a little more expensive for us as we were only 2, staying in a place for 4. The dog was lovely and friendly ( although looks as though he might not be as Alsatian breed I think ). There is a lovely restaurant in San Polo with a lovely garden out the back… about 7 mins away.

Immaculate place! Left us wine and chocolates! Off the beaten path but easy enough to walk to restaurants. Ubers were able to find us to take us further out of the city to wineries. About an overall 20 minute walk into the main areas of Florence for shopping, eating and sight seeing . A lot of hills so just be prepared.

Very good location. Beautiful terrace that deserves a parasol to really enjoy it. The apartment is very nice.
