Wonderful apartment with a beautiful backyard in a quiet area, still close to the city center.

Room was gorgeous as well as clean and comfortable. The bed and shower were especially great! Instructions for check in were clear and they were very welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location next to train station and comfortable room

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

We found a perfect quiet place in close proximity to Florence with a great host Carla. A really nice house from the 15th century (I think) the garden invites you to linger and rest between the sightseeing tours in Tuscany. With a delicious breakfast, you can talk to the other guests. Really recommended 👍

Excellent place, very good breakfast, Mario and the whole team are excellent hosts, there are places nearby to eat and bars, until late, the area is safe for walking at night. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator, if you have heavy luggage

Beautiful apartment very close to downtown Florence. Daniela welcomed us with grace and provided us with some information on restaurants where we could eat authentic Tuscan cuisine. She was also very kind to allow us to leave our bags in the living room on the day of check-out to avoid dragging them through all the streets of Florence as we had the train in the evening. Highly recommended!!

The dirty looking floor review I read prior was correct but most importantly I felt safe & the rest of the room was great! Location was convenient & I definitely recommend to any solo traveler who just needs to unplug & rest up after a long day 🤗

Very nice host, super clean, absolutely recommendable. We only weren'tluckywith the weather but spent nevertheless a pleasant time at Noels place!

Very good place to stay, 10 min walk from the Duomo, very central and with all kinds of services.

Overall it was really nice. I would have preferred to stay on other rooms of the villa but they were all already booked. This room in particular was not of our taste. Perhaps you like it!

I loved our stay here! Our host’s gave us great recommendations for area’s to eat and things to do in the area. It is nice and private - very relaxing. We mainly booked so that we could relax and use the pool and chill - so it was perfect for that but you definitely need a car to go and travel to restaurants / activities and there isn’t that much in walking distance. We used the bbq at the place too which was great! The pool was beautiful with plenty of space to lie down and sunbathe. Thanks for a gorgeous stay!

Great place to stay! Close to the city center and located in a safe neighborhood. The attention from the people working on the facilities was very timely and friendly. I’d certainly come back.

The location of this Airbnb is simply perfect — just steps from the Duomo and very close to Florence's top attractions. It was delightful to be able to explore everything on foot. The apartment is charming, it was clean and provided us with a comfortable stay. However, there are two important points to consider. The first is that the apartment is on a high floor and has no elevator. There are many flights of stairs, which can be quite tiring, especially if you have large suitcases or after a full day of walking. The second point is that there was a strong smell of sewage in the room for a good part of the time. Interestingly, when the shower was turned on, the smell decreased, which indicates that it may be a plumbing problem. These two factors compromised the experience a little. Still, if location is your priority and these points are not a major nuisance, it is worth considering. With minor adjustments, it would be an excellent stay.

Alessio’s accommodation was well positioned, and l felt welcomed by everyone l met.

Easy to access location, good and clean rooms, with dryer in the bathroom, hot water, bed well ok. Hostel structure very good. They perform various activities, welcome drink and pasta at night for guests free of charge. It is worth remember: they only provide towel by means of rent.

This home is something special. Very clean. Very aesthetically interesting. The beds were very comfortable. Linens lovely. Everything in the space had a story to tell. Lots of history. Stefano was very flexible and informative. We never met Stefano due to the fact that we came in late from travels and had to leave early for a flight home. But we had all we needed to feel at home when we arrived. Coffee in the AM and wonderful seating areas outside to watch the sunrise and hear the birds:) thank you Stefano for leaving us with a very cozy last night in Tuscany. We will never forget it.

Our stay in this house was great! The apartment is extremely well curated in every detail and thoughtfully designed. Eugenio explained that the apartment was created by a local designer! The house also has access to a stunning internal shared garden - beautiful to have breakfast in the morning! The location is perfect: tucked away on a quiet street, ideal for a peaceful stay, yet still within walking distance to plenty of lovely breakfast spots and restaurants. Eugenio and his team recommended a nearby pasticceria, and their croissants became our go to breakfast spot! Throughout our stay, Eugenio and the team were incredibly responsive, always ready to assist, and just genuinely kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!
