What a great location! Walking distance to everything. Great local restaurants and cafes nearby. The place was spotless, modern and comfortable.

What great apartment for our first time visiting Florence! Easy check in and check out was a plus. Modern amenities, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. It was outside the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but within walking distance. Convenient parking lot a few doors down, a cute cafe/bar right next door and a supermarket around the block. Wow it’s an amazing place for a family or friends group trip to unbound to the nature. Amazing borderless swimming pool. Very beautiful area around and BBQ zone. There is a lot of fun around like a tennis and running stuff.

We arrived very late and got to the house around 11:30 PM. By 11:32 PM, we were already unpacking our suitcases in this breathtaking apartment. Azzurra, once again, thank you so much for such an easy check-in and for understanding that our little one (and us too) needed to get to sleep as soon as possible. The way the apartment is designed deserves a separate mention. Everything is so smartly planned, beautiful, and convenient — applause to the designer-architect! The furniture is stunning. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The duvets are feather-filled. The bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous! Everything is spotless. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials so you don’t have to buy anything extra. The towels are impeccable, and the toiletries are wonderful. In short, we are absolutely thrilled with this place — a must-visit! I never even imagined such amazing apartments existed in Florence. And most importantly, everything is organized flawlessly! 💝💝💝

For our week-long stay, the accommodation was perfect. It is modernly furnished, everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. Communication and check-in with Tiago were straightforward and friendly. Most of the time, we got a free parking space right outside the door. You can walk into town or use the good bus connection. We can't think of anything that could be improved. Everything super and highly recommended!

Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

It was a good and clean place to stay. Elona and her husband are very friendly hosts. Unfortunately, due to a lot of traffic, we arrived very late - this was not a problem, we were received in a very friendly manner and were shown everything. Also, we got some tips for the area and if we had questions, we always got an answer quickly. During the time, we were provided with coffee and water (filter tap water) and on the day of departure, croissants were placed on the terrace. It was also very nice that we were allowed to leave the car in the garage a little longer on our day of departure and so we could walk comfortably into the city again. We had a lovely stay and recommend the accommodation.

Fabulous little apartment just outside of the city centre. Lots of space and amenities. Very clean and the washing machine/laundry line were very useful. Balcony’s were a lovely touch! Tramline to Florence city just a 5 minute walk and the train station another 5 minute walk. Right by the river also. Shops nearby and some lovely cafes. Federico was a lovely host and very responsive for when we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

My colleagues had a wonderful time staying in this place. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Walking distance to supermarket. Beatrice was very polite and helpful, always response our request in few minutes. Everything was perfect.

We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Ilaria was very kind, made us feel at home, always responded quickly to everything we needed and gave us many helpful instructions. The house was very clean and looked just like the photos.

The stay was wonderful. Elly always responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The house is in a very good location because it is close to everything but far from the mess, so we were able to sleep very peacefully and quietly. I would definitely come back!!

Very well-located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you go to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Duddova is a small, very quiet place – ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view across the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and designed with a lot of love for detail – a real oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions – a car is essential for this, however. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, quick and helpful. Sara is a great host. She responded to questions very quickly. The whole, big house is at your disposal, cozy, you feel at home. Above-standard equipment, everything beautifully clean. There is no air conditioning, but we didn't mind. The house has a large stone terrace with amazing views of the countryside. Parking by the house. We'll definitely be back🙂.
