I was in town for a work convention but had a wonderful stay at Christine’s place. The home is comfortable and clean and Christine was a very considerate and friendly host. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Its central to many amenities. Maybe 10 minutes from the Anaheim convention center and Disney. 1-1.5 hr to LA. 20 minutes to the coast. 20 minutes to the Santa Ana airport. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Cute downtown shopping. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

What a hidden gem! This little guest studio was perfect. Quiet, private, super clean. I walked to Trader Joe’s and Walgreens within 10 mins and there’s a minimart even closer for snacks etc. The provided coffee and creamer was so appreciated. AC worked great during the LA heat wave. Bathroom was spacious and spotless. I visit LA every year and will definitely be back.

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

A wonderful host, a great spot, lots to see and do, and a private peaceful setting in a beautiful backyard. This is a great Airbnb experience, and the next time we have to be in Burbank, we will certainly go there again!

This guest home was very cozy and clean, the bed was hair free which was my favorite thing about the home honestly. January always answered any questions I had super fast and were very kind and helpful. I love the scenery and privacy that comes with the home even though it is still on their property. The only thing I can say about the shower is if the shower head could get changed to a shower head with a handle, it was kind of hard showering so close to the wall and you couldn’t move it so I think a hand held shower would top it off. One last final touch would be to have a single or double burner mini stove for those who want to make some easy meals because you will be spending a lot of money eating out depending on how long your staying due to the home not having a stove. Other than that amazing stay and the reclining bed was the best. Thank you all again!

We enjoyed our stay in Belen’s little place. Basic, and just like what you see in the photos. Easy access (keyless lock), clean, safe, and private – on a side street. Perfect central Burbank location and a short ride to/from Burbank airport. Nice shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Clean sheets and very comfortable bed. It stayed nice and comfortably cool under the shade trees – we only turned the A/C unit on once.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had an amazing time staying at Graciela’s place! It was perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!). Graciela was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and we loved exploring the area! This Airbnb in West Hollywood was a gem! For our two-night trip, the location was absolutely perfect, putting us within easy reach of all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. We were thrilled to have a guaranteed parking spot, which is invaluable in this area. The room itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like our own private retreat, offering excellent privacy. The host was also super helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless and readily available for any questions we had. The essential amenities provided ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely book again!

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

The place was fantastic. A little tricky to get to especially if coming from Malibu in the fog! Worth the trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was perfect to stay at for a weekend. Nestled in the mountains just a few minutes from the main road, the drive up is steep and narrow, which made it feel like a real adventure. It’s also only a short drive to the town, which is super cute and fun to walk around — lots of small shops to explore. The Airbnb is very private with stunning views, and the photos are exactly what it looks like. I loved sitting outside in the mornings, listening to the birds and watching wildlife. There’s a hiking trail right behind the property too. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated — cozy bed, comfy couch, and a great kitchen with fridge, stove, utensils, etc (though no microwave). I’d suggest grabbing groceries in LA, about 15 minutes away, since the local store is small. There was no Wi-Fi and I had no phone signal at the Airbnb, but I didn’t mind since I wanted to unplug. I could walk just a minute down the road to get service if needed. I loved this place, it was magical.

Anoush was a very good host making us feel welcome and very comfortable. The suite was lovely and the outdoor space a great bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet and street parking was easy. It was the perfect retreat! Highly recommend!

Simply the best. The photos can’t do justice to the sweeping canyon views, sunsets, or the local wildlife, birdsongs, and wildflowers. Billy, Lori, and their sweet dog Dora were so friendly and welcoming, they felt like family after 5 minutes. Location was ideal for us, about equidistant between Malibu and Thousand Oaks, and we spent a lot of time at the beaches but always looked forward to getting “home.” There are so many exquisite spots on the multiple patio decks to enjoy the fresh air and nature that you never relax the same way twice! It’s also located right near the Backbone Trail and we enjoyed hiking and running several sections of it. Oh and can’t forget the bed— it’s a literal dream. I think I had some of the best sleep of my life here. Overall 10/10. Great panoramas, great price point, great people. We will be back.

Bertha’s place was the perfect crash pad for us while visiting our daughter. It was spotlessly clean and very well outfitted in spite of being so small. The bad was really comfortable. The location felt safe and was close to restaurants and everything else.

I chose Philips loft because it was beautiful AND it had an office that was ergonomic. I am so glad I did! My trip to LA was fun and productive! Thanks philipp and Garett! Ps. There was never a time I didn’t have parking right in front of the loft ;)
