Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Clarita

Our stay was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the Airbnb justice - such a beautiful view of the LA skyline and full of natural light. Check in was very easy and the security guard in the building was also very accommodating and helped us with parking instructions provided to us by hosts. The included parking spot was such a perk and reduced so much stress about overnight parking! Amenities such as rooftop pool elevated our experience, and the proximity to many restaurants and night life were appreciated. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Sean was a great host and always answered any queries we had quickly. Checking in was easy and the place was exactly as described. We had a great stay and if we ever visit Santa Monica again from the UK we will definitely look into this place!

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

This place felt very safe and we were impressed with the cleansliness of the apartment. It was easy to check in and the host was very responsive. We especially appreciated the communications about street cleaning days. The couch and bed was comfy and we greatly appreciated the AC being on for us when we arrived. The bathroom felt very clean and the shower was lovely. All in all we loved this place and would highly recommend it!

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Great place to stay if your going to six flags, place was super clean, would recommend this place to other people. Austin was great help as well answered questions pretty quickly.

We booked the house for a long weekend to celebrate my son's 14th birthday, it was perfect. We spent a day at 6 Flags, a day in Hollywood, and having a comfortable house to come back to at the end of a long day was so nice. The beds are firm, but comfortable (I think I slept better here than I do at home), the kitchen is well stocked with assorted appliances and pots/pans (though we couldn't find oven mitts and had to get creative). The only issue we had, is that the house has a maximum occupancy of 10 (we were a party of 9), but the kitchen table only seats 4. We had to eat in shifts or send people outside. Other than that, it was great. Oh! The huge kitchen window overlooking the back yard was a hit, we even had a 15 year old claim he'd do dishes everyday if that was his view. 😂

Absolutely wonderful. Responsive host, nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Absolutely perfect.

Had such an amazing stay in Los Angeles, mainly due to Michael’s place meeting and surpassing expectations. Incredible views of the city and the attention to detail throughout this place made us instantly feel comfortable and at home. From the large comfortable beds, both bathrooms and showers, the home cinema, the kitchen and dining area layout and in the instructions put in place telling us how everything works was a really nice touch from the host. Our host, Michael, was very helpful from the day we reserved to the day we checked out, such a friendly and informative host. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to visit again. Neil & Sandra

Perfect little home away from home- my family & I came from downey for a family wedding and it was the perfect peaceful home, I definitely recommend for a perfect quiet stay!!! Casey was very attentive and responded to any questions I had right away

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
