Very centralized location. The apartment is old, but well arranged, clean and quiet. The condominium is very safe.

Stayed here for a month and had a great stay! Super well located in Novo Campeche and a short walk to the beach. Wifi worked great for working from home and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The structure of the condominium is excellent too. We love everything.

It was wonderful family days, the apartment, the location and the beach of the English complete perfectly for a spectacular mini vacation. Tatiana's loft is wonderful, super high-spirited, very well located, safe, quiet and the structure of the building is incredible, underneath there is a space with several restaurants and cafes. Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs, which makes it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but that is just the impression given by the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and location were very good.

The stay was excellent! The place is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, organized and comfortable. The location was also great for what I needed. We loved staying at Ana Maria's apartment. Well located, halfway between the south of the island and the lagoon. Cozy, clean and organized apartment, by the lake, with swimming pools, one of which is thermal. We'll be back for sure

The apartment was spotless, everything you need is on hand. The owner was very nice and the location of the property is ideal. The condominium has a gym, pool and direct beach access which is quite quiet.

I really liked the complex, a lot to do, a lot of security. There is a restaurant across the street that serves delicious meat, called VIZU, and it's very well attended. The apartment was impeccable, well-stocked, super clean and very comfortable. It really was an incredible vacation!!
