Court séjour (3 nuits) chez Alain, mais nous reviendrons à coup sûr ! Un véritable coup de cœur. Le logement est une véritable pépite à Nice et correspond parfaitement à la description. En bonus: la piscine est une merveille. Sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux, comme on en voit rarement, malgré nos nombreux voyages. Une sympathie à toute épreuve, et la chance d’avoir rencontré Alain et sa maman pour échanger un moment avec eux. Des personnes bienveillantes et honnêtes, dont nous sommes ravis d’avoir fait la connaissance.

Stéphane’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for in Nice. The location is within walking distance to every attraction in Nice and super close to the train station which made touring the French Riviera a breeze. Stéphane was available to answer any questions we had. His apartment was clean and well stocked which is so important when traveling with children.

Le séjour chez Gérard était très agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Gérard a fait preuve de flexibilité quand aux horaires d’arrivés, je recommande grandement ce logement.

Studio agréable avec une très jolie vue de la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons apprécié de prendre nos repas. Très bonne communication avec Paule.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Nice. The apartment was spotless - we felt right at home, with the bonus of such a large outdoor terrace - and is well located near a tram station and a choice of supermarkets and bakeries. Many thanks again for your welcoming hospitality. Highly recommended for a short stay in a vibrant city!

The apartment is about a 17-minute walk from the city centre, making it a convenient yet peaceful location. It's close to a Carrefour supermarket, which is handy for groceries. The flat itself is clean, compact, and cozy - perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need.

Super conveniently located to the tram and very nice, modern bathroom. And there was even a bottle of rosé waiting to welcome us! Perfect!

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

Grâce à Gaëlle, nous avons eu un très bon séjour. L' appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Menton, accéder aux commerces et à la plage à pied . Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre et bien équipé. Le parking est un vrai plus car les places de parking sont prisées. Nôtre hôtesse nous a laissé des suggestions de visites. C'était superbe. Merci beaucoup.

Superfin lägenhet på andra våningen med otrolig utsikt över strand och hav. Nära till allt. Shopping, mataffärer, restauranger och vackra gränder. Men bäst var närheten till stranden rakt över gatan. Extra lyxigt med ett bageri på bottenplan med färska baguetter varje dag!

깔끔하고 예쁜 숙소였어요. 넓직하고 편안한 장점이 매우 컸고, 니스라는 다소 생소한 도시에 머무르는 동안 집처럼 느껴져서 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 호스트 답변이 매우 빠르고 친절해서 든든했어요.

Notre séjour chez Alies à Dolcedo a été merveilleux ! Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 adolescents, un enfant. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement très propre, décoré avec soin et goût. La literie est très confortable (sur matelas, oreillers mouelleux, draps anciens en coton/lin). Le jardin est très agréable avec plusieurs propositions de la petite terrasse fraîche le matin pour boire notre café à la grande table sous la pergola avec vue sur le clocher du village. Dolcedo est un village magnifique et peu touristique, ce qui lui donne toute son authenticité. Nous avons pu profiter des lacs de montagne de Lechiorre et de la plage avec ses délicieuses Gelato à Porto Maurizio. Alies a été très accueillante et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons !

Excellent stay. Amazing views overlooking the bay. Easily accessible for trams, trains and bus. Perfect location. Away from hustle and bustle of nice. We walked to old town along the promenade. The tram stop was just at the bottom of the hill and along the road. Under a 10 min walk. Highly recommend this appartment very spacious light and airy. Well equipped with everything you could think of, if required. Enjoyed the balcony views and sitting on the balcony both early morning to watch the sunrise and night after a long day out exploring the area. Air con very effective and much needed during our stay. We loved it. You won’t be disappointed. Thankyou.

Thanks a lot for super hosting we loved that from all heart! Everything is as described as in pictures, very, very lovely welcome, beautiful view to Nice. Highly recommend this AIRBNB its worth every penny! Its really quite and beautiful nature. You have everything there air condition in the room, jacuzzi, electric grill to cook quickly vegetables and meat. Nice terrace outside, we had every morning breakfast with a beautiful view. Nous avons passé 5 jours fabuleux chez Silvio. La suite est très confortable, raffinée et très calme. La vue sur la mer est époustouflante et le jardin extrêmement bien entretenu avec des arbres et des fleurs incroyables ! Le logement est à la fois en pleine nature avec la mer juste en contre bas pour nager et également tout près du centre ville à pied pour les restaurants, boutiques et activités. Mais, pour nous, la plus belle surprise a été la piscine. Nous n’avions jamais nagé dans une piscine aussi agréable et romantique. Nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions dans le logement très bien équipé et le garage intérieur pour notre voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à la fois par messages et sur place par Silvio et sa maman Daniela. Merci à vous de partager cet endroit merveilleux !

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It also has a terrace and garden with stupendous sea views. We particularly enjoyed dining alfresco every nIght of our stay. Jean-Marc is a very attentive and responsive host. The private road leading to the house is short (only 800 meters) but narrow, steep and sinuous. A bit breathtaking the first time but fine after that. There is a good supermarket with interior parking at the beginning of the private road to the house.

Eine tolle Unterkunft - super sauber - und gut gelegen, um mit dem Auto Monaco, Nizza, Beaulieu-sur-Mer und Menton zu entdecken 😊 Wir waren zu dritt dort mit unserem Sohn 18 Monate, es hat alles gepasst 😊 Und Judith ist eine liebe und so zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Sie kam super vorbereitet zu uns und hat auch alles übersetzt in unsere Sprache, ganz lieben Dank für den gesamten Aufenthalt Judith!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großem, schönen Außenbereich und toller Aussicht. Der Pool und Liegebereich ist super schön, mit vielen Liegen ausgestattet um den schönen Ausblick zu genießen. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind schön, das Zimmer mit dem Stockbett ist jedoch ein Durchgangszimmer. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat wirklich alles, was man potentiell brauchen kann. Sowohl in der Villa, als auch draußen hat man viel Platz und viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben uns hier sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, hatten wirklich alles und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Auffahrt zur Villa ist jedoch recht steil und eher für geübte Fahrer. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigeren Gegend auf einem Berg, man muss somit für Aktivitäten und Einkäufe etwas Fahrtzeit einberechnen, die tolle Aussicht macht dies jedoch wieder wett. Alles in allem ist es eine tolle Unterkunft und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est spacieuse, bien située, très bien agencée et offre de multiples espaces. La vue et la piscine sont incroyables. Mil mercis à Myriam et Stéphane pour l’accueil et la communication. Nous recommendons vivement cette villa.

This is one of the NICEST AIRBNBs we have ever seen. For reference, we have stayed in rental houses in locations like California, Vail Beaver Creek, Chicago, Atlanta, Paris, etc etc. This property is truly superlative. Yerin's team is one of the most communicative, professional and polite we have encountered. Joanna is world-class at preparing & welcoming guests. Clear, excellent check-in and check-out instructions. Compared with other AirBnbs in France, the home was very well stocked in the sense that it has literally everything you would need if you lived in the home full time. The kitchen is premium, the bedrooms are grand, the bathrooms modern (and well stocked) and there is more storage than any modern family could need for any extended trip. We used the amazing pool daily, worked out at the outside weightlifting space and lounged under the grape vines, walking to local beach clubs and restaurants daily. There are fragrant flower and fruit trees around the gracious property.
