This is our little haven of peace. Bottom of villa, unobstructed garden view,reached by a staircase that also leads to the beach, which is not overgrown due to its difficult access. A few meters from the train station, which is convenient if you come by train and to discover the region by train ( Monaco, Italy, Nice, Menton... nearby) and put the car down for the holidays. On the other hand, trains pass by the house... (during the day, quite early and stops at night) is not a nuisance for us but it is according to.
