100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

L’appartement est très équipé pour faire la cuisiné, la lessive, le ménage : vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Barbara a à permis à nos enfants de nourrir les poules et nous ont donné des œufs frais. On se sent vraiment chez nous, Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour.

Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich; perfekt ausgestattet und besonders die Dachterasse hat uns gefallen. Trotzdessen, dass die Unterkunft in der Innenstadt liegt, war es erstaunlich ruhig. Als Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Unternehmungen war es für uns super! Die Kommunikation mit Andreas war von Beginn an sehr angenehm und schnell. Andreas ist ein freundlicher, kommunikativer Typ :) Fazit: uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

By far the best Airbnb we have stayed👌👌❤️❤️ Right from the communication, attentive hosts, absolutely pristine surroundings, house full of luxury amenities like whirlpool ( jacuzzi ), sauna, cold bath, hey stack bed and the sumptuous breakfast, it had everything one could possibly ask for.. And Longiaru, such beautiful place, it’s a trekkers paradise.. We had decided to do lots of hikes during our visit to Alps & had read about Tre Cime and Ceceda being the treks to do but Nicolas had mentioned about couple of good hikes around his place and glad we did these…. His villa is right on 2 trails - 1) we went to Utia Vaciara & Munt de Fornella which give great views of Mount Putia and 2) Utia Ciampcios & Megaldes which give stunning views of Puez mountains with breathtaking scenery and blooming wildflowers all along the trails.. Thank you Nicolas for suggesting these trails and we loved them so much that we didn’t go to Tre cime or Ceceda even though we had the car.. Ciao, Sachin

Super naar ons zin gehad! Het appartement was echt boven verwachting. We hebben genoten van de landelijke omgeving en de verse producten van Otto. De communicatie met Otto was prettig en snel. Klein verbeterpuntje was het ontbreken van kussens en een lekkere stoel in de woonkamer, maar dat heeft onze fijne ervaring zeker niet verpest. We komen graag nog eens terug!
