Modern villa with hot tub and home theater

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Modřínový mini domek v lesní oáze je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, kuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou. V obývací části je jídelní stůl, kamna a sedací okno s výhledem do stromů a na březový balkon, kde si můžete vychutnat ranní kávu. V horním patře najdete útulnou ložnici. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.
