Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sankt Georgen im Schwarzwald

The flat was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, there were many walks to choose from which went directly from the house. There is tourist information in the next village along which can be walked to as its about 3km away. It was not made clear that there is only one bedroom, this is large and has lots of storage so is a nice room, the second bed is actually is a fold away one in the lounge area. This was not a problem for myself and my friend but just something to be aware of if you were wanting more privacy. The flat is self contained but it is within the house itself, there are a number of other flats within the building, if you are expecting it to be separate its not. There was occasionally a small amount of noise from the private part of the house where the host lives but this was not intrusive, just the children playing. Be aware that you will need to pay tourist tax at the end of your stay, its about one euro per person per day.

We spent three days at Antoine's place and were completely satisfied! Antoine was an extremely accommodating host and always available when we had questions or needed tips for the area. The place was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you could need – from a small kitchen to a TV with Netflix and other streaming providers to an Xbox. We were particularly enthusiastic about the sauna and jacuzzi, which perfectly rounded out our stay. The location is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, yet Strasbourg is quickly accessible by train. Overall a very cozy place to stay that we highly recommend!

The Black Forest house on the Feldberg is a real gem! The hostess Jutta was incredibly warm and accommodating, so we felt comfortable right from the start. The house itself is beautiful, perfectly divided and offers enough space. The sauna in particular was a real highlight! The spacious, well-equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. The location is ideal for hikes and excursions, whether in the Black Forest or on Lake Titisee. We had a wonderful weekend and would be happy to come back – an absolute recommendation!

Great apartment, great host, great stay This is our conclusion as a family after an extended weekend in Bodo's apartment. The apartment is really spacious, bright, equipped with everything, clean and for the children there was already something to play in the room. There are great descriptions and pictures for check-in that make everything easy. The terrace is wonderful with a view and covered. There are great hiking opportunities (also for children), playgrounds and shopping in the area. We like the city of Haslach, not too big, nice dining options and opportunities for activities as a couple/family. Bodo was very nice and helpful and very easy to reach/responded quickly. We'd love to come back and highly recommend the place

The house is very nice, in a quiet area 3 km from the village of Lenzkirch where you can find all the services (supermarket, pharmacy...). The house is well furnished and with all the comforts and accessories. We had a great time.. it is also a perfect home for a stay with a two-year-old child, with a safe garden and a few passing cars. Recommended!

Céline’s apartment is the perfect place to stay in Strasbourg. It is incredibly centrally located, yet is amazingly quiet due to its location off an inner courtyard. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. I have not one single negative thing to say about it. It really is one of the absolute best Airbnb apartments we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with the family at Claudia's apartment! The environment and proximity to nature and horses really invite you to relax. Our son was able to see and touch the beautiful horses, he was delighted! We were pleasantly surprised to find that our host spoke French very well, which made our exchanges easier. His attentiveness and availability are a real plus. Thank you!

Peaceful family house in a beautiful setting. The perfect escape for a family looking to unplug and enjoy nature. The playground and animals are perfect for kids and the host is friendly and helpful.

The property is highly recommended. Freudenstadt (the nearest town) is easily accessible on foot or by bus. Due to the tourist tax, it is definitely worth using the public transport. (Stop right by the house). Freudenstadt offers great restaurants, a huge market square, some museums and all sorts of shops for strolling. For all nature lovers, you can either start immediately from the accommodation or explore the All Saints Waterfalls, for example, by car. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. Even a wood-burning stove for the cold days is available. Sara and Tassilo are very nice hosts and definitely worth a (or more) visit! For us, a very clear recommendation :)

We had a great stay at this property. The unit is beautiful - well furnished and had lots of personal touches. It provided ample amount of space for six of us visiting. The location was within walking distance to many great areas. We would recommend this location and would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. The view in the photos is even more beautiful with your own eyes, which you don't expect. At night, the cathedral lights up, which you can see perfectly from the window. Cleanliness and communication were impeccable. My girlfriend and I are coming back for Christmas!

Ulrike and Martin were lovely, friendly, helpful hosts. We enjoyed the accommodation, surroundings and particularly the view! They gave helpful information about things we could do nearby with the small humans and provided 2 cots and 2 highchairs and there were quite a few children's books too. Would definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful, relaxing stay in the black forest with lovely hosts.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and the house was very nicely decorated, kitchen very well equipped. Henriette is very friendly and helpful. Everything worked out well and we had a great stay at the vacation home.

Mobile home as described and great location for the visits we had planned (Strasbourg, Colmar and the small villages nearby). Estelle informed me well and is lovely. We were able to cross the Rhine with the ferry and thus reach Europa-Park which is only 10 km away. I would highly recommend it!

We were warmly welcomed by Angele and Antoine who gave us good clear instructions on how to use all the facilities ensuring that if we had any questions or problems she was always available to us. The garden is beautiful and well kept with fruit and nut trees adding to the charm. It is very quiet, peaceful and the pool looked extremely inviting but just not warm enough for us yet. Easy access to the Alsace wine route and the villages on the route were very quant and interesting. This is a must do on any visit to the area. An extremely easy check in/out and would recommend this property to all.

The accommodation was a success, it is very conveniently located in a residential area ideal for families, and clean. Quiet area integrated with nature. Totally recommended.

This was a gem in the beautiful Black Forest. People at stores and restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Bus service into Triberg was convenient and there were so many things to see and do in Triberg and other surrounding towns. And best of all, there were lots of walking trails in the forest that we loved exploring. You can also walk to ski areas. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a great holiday. In the basement there is a washer and dryer. And there is a pool and sauna. We were also given good ideas of things to see and do during our visit.

Highly recommended! We stayed to go to Europa Park and we were very satisfied. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was complete, even with a scale. They also have a pool and sauna, but we didn't try them. Would stay here again

Value for money was great: large rooms, good beds and well-equipped kitchen. Upon arrival, 6 bottles of water, plenty of coffee beans and milk were ready - on the first morning we were very pleased with the delicious croissants and baguette - thank you Stephan!!! We arrived as a family, 6 adults+3 children. Baby bed + high chair as well as a few toys were also provided. The pool and garden with trampoline was great - of course the highlight for the kids. Stephan even cleaned the pool every day! There is a barbecue that we used one evening - enough seating and deckchairs. The shower is really beautiful! At the large table, we all had plenty of space, so you could have breakfast together comfortably in the morning. The old wooden floor creaks with every step, just like the wooden staircase in the stairwell - normal in older houses, did not bother us. It was clean - not "spotless" but acceptable. We would book again!!!
