Max 4 guests have enough space here to relax and for time together by the wood-burning stove or in our sauna. In our spa area, they complement each other to create a harmonious temporary home.

Our apartment in the cozy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car. Dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm and short-haired breeds are allowed.

The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Bright rooms with real wood parquet and modern furnishings await you in our apartment - Apartment330 - in the resort of Hohegeiß, a district of the town of Braunlage in Lower Saxony. The natural location and scents of nature will make you feel instantly comfortable. Our apartment 330 is on the 11th floor in the Panoramic. Directly adjacent you will find a mini golf course, a playground and a toboggan run. In the house there is a swimming pool and sauna (additional charge).

It's not just the witch who lives in the witch's room ;-). Our Hexenstube is located on the 11th floor of the Panoramic Hohegeiß (including free swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf course) and offers a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains from the balcony. The Hexenstube can accommodate up to 6 people (including sofa bed). In summer, you can start hiking right in front of the house and in winter there is a beautiful toboggan run right in front of the house.

The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.
