Waterfront vacation rentals in Sanibel Island

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

Beautiful and quiet location. The property management company made it extremely easy to check in and out. They had our schedule and met us at the ferry dock to take luggage and tour the island before showing us to the house. Will be staying again

Even better than we could have imagined, the place and location was so beautiful and well kept! It was set slightly away from the busier part of town, so it was super peaceful. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking, and the rest of the home was stocked with things for the beach which was super helpful including towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and much more! The beach was within steps of our place, same with the lovely pool. The balcony had the best beach view and we got to watch all the gorgeous sunsets. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

The place is in a perfect location the lanai is one of the coolest spots I’ve ever seen. We stayed in the lanai and were in the pool a ton! The communication with the host was some of the best I’ve experienced. The amenities offered were 2nd to none beach towels beach cart, umbrella, coolers everything you need for your beach excursion. It was a great space for me and my wife.

Irina's condo was perfect for our girl's trip. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most of our meals there. Screen porch was a great place to eat dinner or spend an afternoon reading. The beach was a short walk and there were towels and beach supplies provided. Parking was easy. Lots to do close by!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This place was amazing. Absolutely perfect vacation house for families. So relaxing and peaceful. House is decorated so cute and fully loaded with everything you may need. Kitchen has everything you could think of for cooking great meals. The view is awesome, we had some beautiful sunsets. Lots of time spent in the pool, kayaking and fishing in the backyard. The old school arcade games were a blast for everyone. Our dogs loved being able to come with us. Our golden ended up having an emergency surgery, and there was an amazing vet and vet hospital down the street. I felt like we were so close to everything- The beaches, restaurants, shopping, and Ft Myers. I would 100% stay here again.

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

This vacation was truly amazing. The house was roomy enough for our large family and most importantly, it stayed cooled to our liking. It had everything we needed. There was always something for everyone to do....fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking. No one was ready to leave after our week long stay. I can't say enough great things about Ingrid. So responsive, helpful and accommodating. She truly cares about her guests. Everyone we met on the island was helpful and so friendly, giving us advice and recommendations. I hope that this place is available for many years to come because I will definitely come back. It was that perfect!

The house was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and pool was fantastic. Really enjoyed our brief stay.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities. Pool and spa were great, kitchen was well stocked and overall the whole place was fantastic. Several large fish out by the dock but didn’t have time to do any fishing.

Took my daughter who just graduated from college along with a friend and my son who just finished his freshman year at college to Fort Myers for a summer vacation. The location of this home was perfect for us. We were able to easily visit 3 beaches... Forty Myers (which is great), Sanibel Iland and Naples. Lot's of shopping, Publix and Walmart are very close. Went to PopStroke... Eat, Put and Drink. Very fun place and close. The house itself was perfect. Very clean, plenty of room, great kitchen and the rear patio and pool area were awesome. Spent every morning on the dock sipping coffee and watching for the dolphins which showed up regularly. The host was great and very helpful. As I mentioned to the host, I would rate this place and its location a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Unfortunately, my wife could not make the trip due to a last minute work emergency but she wants to come with me to experience it all so it looks like we will be making a return to this home. THANKS!

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

We had an amazing stay at this condo for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax together and just enjoy the beach! The condo was extremely nice and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs available to use! Elizabeth was very helpful and had so much information for us and recommendations which was so helpful as first time visitors! The area was beautiful and the pool was also very nice! We cannot wait to come back to Sanibel/Captiva!

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy is the pool that was next to our place was very small and no umbrella for sun protection. The 2nd pool was located in the club house that was about a mile away and that pool wasn’t very big either. Other than that the place was great. Quiet and very spacious

This place was absolutely amazing! All the kitchen accessories, bedroom amenities, and beach stuff provided was top notch. The location right on the beach provided a cool breeze even on the hot days. Sunset views and so many shells. Gulf and pool water were the perfect temperature. We used the bikes and there were plenty to choose from. Gorgeous spot all around!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning and looking for dolphins and manatees. We would definitely stay here again! We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!
