James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Simply amazing! The private community was peaceful and welcoming! Everyone we encountered was friendly to us and our dog! The setting with a large screened-in deck overlooking a lagoon provided a place to watch so many birds! The ‘extras’ provided for guests went far above and beyond the usual short-term rental property. Laundry, kitchen, and bath had everything you need for your stay! The primary bath had a shower with multiple shower heads! The kitchen had multiple sized casseroles and high quality pans. The spacious bedrooms have comfy beds! Beach cart with chairs, umbrella are ready to go and there are 3 bikes. The outdoor hoses make it easy to for rinse off sand. The exercise room with weights, a quality spin bike and the air hockey game were great. The beach is a 10” walk, and the pool and tennis courts. Walking the beach for miles is easy and dogs are common. Gary has thought of everything! We had a memorable vacation and will return to this home in the future! 10/10!

After coming to Sanibel for nearly 25 years we finally discovered our “forever” condo. This was our BEST Sanibel trip ever! We loved the place so much we would try to buy one like it if ever available. In the meantime we plan to spend a month or two here every year. The view from the balcony overlooking the Gulf is breathtaking and every sunrise is spectacular. We often saw dolphins, ospreys, pelicans, herons, cormorants, and even saw a flamingo! We also collected A LOT of great seashells. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked and has upgraded appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice pool and gas grill area I used several times. Management always responded quickly regarding a few minor maintenance issues. A recliner in the living room would have really helped with my wife’s back problems after a long day at the beach but that’s really just a matter of personal preference. Thanks again for a WONDERFUL vacation!!
