Close to the lake (1.5 km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon Dune du Pilat (35 mins) and 100 m from the bike path (SANGUINET/Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT ACROSS from the owners, and the terrace area is private as well a reserved parking space. Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it!
