The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Lovely apartment near the sea. The apartment was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our vacation every day. Our backyard was so beautiful Mediterranean. The water was crystal clear. There were shops, restaurants and cafes near the apartment. People were friendly. We'll come back to this place again.

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Emma was a great host. She was very hepful. The place was as told in the explanations. The location was perfect.

Thanks to the Nikiti Dream house, our vacation was even more enjoyable. Great house, much nicer than the photos. Very clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable thanks to the location of the house and the pool, especially on very hot days. Every detail has been thought out in the house. We'd love to come back next year. We had a really good week in the Apartment from Nikos and Eleni. We found everything as described with lots of space, a very well equipped kitchen (which we only needed to prepare breakfast as there are so many nice Restaurants in very close walking distance) and a wonderful sea view from living room window and balcony. Contact to the owners was very easy and direct. Eleni was even waiting in front of the Apartment to welcome us. We would ask Nikos and Eleni first if there is a open slot if our next holiday brings us to Afytos once again.

excellent communication answered even after midnight which is not expected, clean place, had everything you need as soap, toilet roll some coffee and tea bags left and a few bottles of cold water left in the fridge. from this small things its clear that the the host has thought about everything and really cares about the guest.

The rooms of Nick are well equiped and comfortable. The balkony is great for having a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Nick was a perfect host. We would come again.

The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

We were here at the end of May and very happy with the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there are still many restaurants and small cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and all amenities as described. The check-in was very easy and flexible. We were even able to check in at 11 am by arrangement. There was no private parking at the property, but always plenty of street parking right in front of the property.

The apartment was ok, it's mostly the balcony which is great direct sea view! The host was kind and attentive to us.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
