Wonderful family house in the shadow of Olympus

Our place lies ten meters from the sea, next to a quiet beachfront, where one of the most incredible sunshines, fall behind the mountain Olympus. It is ideal for families, as well as for visitors who seek an ideal retreat from city's fuss and a place to inspire themselves. As a family of 5, with children and grandchildren, we have experienced some of the best moments of our lives in this house, ever since our parents, Giannis and Zoi, built this house, and hope to share this experience with you!

Blue Avenue - Deluxe Villa

The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is fully equipped with a private kitcenette, 1 main bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed. Each villa has a balcony with sea view and access to the common-use swimming pool. Blue Avenue is situated in Paliouri, Halkidiki, in one of the most quiet parts of the area with the main street though, just a few minutes away. Its minimalistic design along with the beautiful sea view stimulate a feeling of serenity and ultimate relaxation.

Villa ELEKTRA belongs to the Pleiades Boutique Villas complex, 5 elegant villas with a shared pool and wonderful views. Each 4-person villa is 65m2, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with shower). It is a 10-minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the village of Kryopigi and 80 km from Thessaloniki airport.

It's located in about 150 meters of the central square of the traditional village of Afytos, where you can visit the Folklore Museum and taste traditional recipes of our culture. You can reach the beach on foot, following the path or with your vehicle through the village.
