An idyllic getaway, nestled in the stunning Devon countryside that makes you feel like you’re a million miles away but you’re really just a short walk to a great pub and a 7 minute drive to town. Jo is an outstanding host who clearly cares about your stay and the details, from the friendly booking thank you, through to the welcome garden flower posie, delicate fresh laid eggs and and beautifully handwritten welcome note. A must stay place if you’re a yoga fan but also a fabulous place to explore this part of Devon. For the fly fishing at Kennick Reservoir or exploring the nearby beaches. Oh and Flynn the dog is also the cutest and most welcoming of hosts, even going off to to get his stuffed toy to show off 😎😍. Thanks Jo for allowing us to share you wonderful space 😎

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

I stayed for three nights in this accommodation, it was perfectly located for me because it was near to family. It was also not too far away from town or too far away from the Moor and all of the outdoor activities. The place ticked all the boxes for me, clean, quiet and in great condition. Pip was a great communicator and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s my second time staying and next time I’m in the area I’ll be happy to stay again.

This was our first holiday using Airbnb and we were a bit dubious about how everything would actually work but from start to finish we were truly amazed at the ease of the whole process any questions we had always had a quick, polite and respectful reply from Josh which put both me and my partner Lizzy at ease. When we arrived at the property we found the house to be spotlessly clean and tidy all the way through. We found that everything we needed was provided for and all of the amenities in the house were in perfect running order and we had no problems with anything at all during our stay. There was a clear and informative folder in the property that broke down everything we needed to know about the house from rubbish recycling to the operation of the cooker which was a great help to us. All in all both me and Lizzy can say that we both highly recommend Josh as a host and his property as a great place to stay at and we would not hesitate in staying there again in the future .
