Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . This is a comfortable and child-friendly place to stay.
