Cozy beach cottage in the gated resort community of Maravilla. Private community pools, private access to beach, tennis and other amenities. 5 bedrooms including two with king beds with room for cribs. Bright, airy and cheerful. Parents, home is located on a non through- traffic section of the community. Minimal traffic out front for kids to play without worry of cars. Fully equipped kitchen with full washer/dryer. I have a 2nd home one door over if you need more houses called Pink Pearl.

Gorgeous 3 bedroom Crystal Beach property is literally steps from the beach - directly across from the beach access (30 sec walk). Relax on the over sized front porch watching the ocean with the Gulf breeze on your face. 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests. (2 king beds, 1 queen, bunk bed and 2 sofa beds). The house is located in a great community with a large pool across from the house. Minutes to shopping and fantastic Destin restaurants!! 1 minute to Destin Commons. Great location.
