Very cute home. Walking distance to King’s Beach and surrounding restaurants. Very well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wish we had more time. Thank you for calling/messaging about item we left behind in enough time for us to come back and get it. :)

We had a nice stay at Heidi-Lynn place for our quick ski weekend getaway. The condo is confidently located within less than 3 miles to Diamond Peak and the surrounding Incline Village shoppings and restaurants. Heidi-Lynn is very responsive host, clear communications and friendly. I forgot my jacket at the property after we checked out, and she reached out immediately to us and graciously mailed it back. Thank you!

The Tahoe Treehouse was a beautiful and peaceful escape from reality. The loft/nest was on another level and I will miss sleeping comfortably under the stars. The host Emilia was quick to respond to any questions I had. My wife and I cannot wait to go back and make it our go to spot.

Loved our stay there! Not very many places allowed us to have all of our pups with us so we're very grateful that they were welcoming and accommodating. Their home was very clean and also included beds for the pups. Loved that there was a spacious yard for our pups to roam around in for potty breaks. Tom was very responsive and it was very easy to communicate with him. Would definitely love to come back one day for another pup trip

My Mother and I just stayed here over Memorial Day. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Tahoe Vista is a gorgeous area and the condo was close to everything we wanted to do. Richard gave us great recommendations for restaurants and was very quick to respond to my questions. We wished we would’ve stayed longer. Thank you Richard!

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

Angie has thought of everything, this adorable cottage is absolutely perfect. Very comfortable, extremely well stocked, and fantastic water pressure! We appreciated the high quality linens too. The back deck is wonderful for a morning cup of coffee.

We had an overall good stay. The house has a modern kitchen with well-equipped amenities, and the dining room is spacious. The beach essentials in the garage were a great bonus, and the in-house Tesla charger was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to local stores like Safeway, and although Kings Beach isn’t within walking distance—especially with small kids—it’s just a short 5-minute drive. A couple of suggestions for improvement: the sofa had visible stains and wasn’t very clean, so adding a cover would be a great touch. Also, the tub in the master bathroom is quite small—taking a shower there with the curtain drawn feels a bit cramped.

Paul and Naomi were excellent hosts and very responsive to all our questions and needs. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, general shopping, the lake, and bike rentals. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. We were a party of 3 adults and one teenager, the property was perfect for all of us, and gave the teenager the ability to come and go. We would definitely recommend this property!

I don’t think I could have chosen a better place for my family. Every room in the house was thoughtful and considerate, especially for my kids. It actually feels like a home. Will definitely stay again next time in Tahoe.

My group had an incredible time at Treb’s place. The views were unbeatable, the cabin was cozy and spacious, and we loved the location. We loved starting the day with coffee in the sun room or on the deck, then enjoying the jacuzzi and views after a day of activities. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed here for a bachelor party. There were 5 of us with plenty of space. TV was large with a nice sound bar. Kitchen was loaded with amenities, well-suited for cooking. The hot tub was a lot of fun, plus there are heat lamps on the deck to warm up. Overall very clean place, with lots of nice extras.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, and the space itself is both beautiful and cozy—a great choice for families or couples looking for a getaway. June was an exceptional host—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. She met us at check-in, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby ski resorts. Despite our arrival being delayed due to traffic, June was understanding and flexible, which made the whole experience stress-free. I can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to staying here again soon!

The location and the stunning views were a highlight of our stay. We loved how easy it was to access great restaurants in both Tahoe City and King’s Beach, and hiking trails. Lize’s recommendations for places to explore added so much to our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Samuel's place was amazing; I stayed with 6 other adults and this was the best Airbnb that any of us had stayed out. It was beautiful, well stocked with cookware and amenities, and well thought out with heated bathroom floors, easy-to-connect sound system and other comforts. The view was amazing and the surroundings were peaceful. We all slept on our own bed, and we all had a really comfortable sleep. The downstairs twin XL bunk beds were also suprisingly comfortable for four large adults.

The location is great and the is home clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The restaurants nearby are good. The walking trails close by too.

Beautiful cabin with an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. Cabin is spacious, clean and feels like home. We loved the pool table and of course the large deck. Definitely recommended!

Brandon is a terrific host. We found the property to be immaculately clean and well-equipped upon arrival. The bathrooms were all clean with plenty of towels. The kitchen is well-stocked and beautifully open to the living room, deck and lovely views of Carnelian Bay. The location is unbeatable. Only a short walk to the beach, pizza and Gar Woods restaurant. There are SUP/Kayak rental on the beach as well. There is a Safeway grocery store just a few miles down Lakeshore Bl. We enjoyed our time here with family and friends. Six adults staying here in total and it was amazingly comfortable and roomy for all of us. One thing to consider with this home is the entry to the front door. Be aware that you must climb stairs to reach the front door entry. This is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful home. Book it! We will definitely be returning to this property again in the future. Thanks Brandon.

A very cozy log cabin close to the Lake. We were 7 adults and a toddler and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Ada's and Robert's house was exactly what we were looking for on a ski vacation. Well designed, stylish, cozy and beautiful. Ada and Robert communicated very well. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Tahoe!

We really enjoyed our stay and the use of the hot tub after a day of hiking. Very clean house, comfy beds, fluffy towels, multiple beach/hot tub towels too, and a great place to come back to after a day of adventuring. Comfy sofas and yard area to unwind. Walked down to Patton Beach with the dog. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the nearby areas. Quiet neighborhood to stay and relax in early June! We'd definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the private beach and the quiet neighborhood. We could watch the sunset over the lake and see the twinkling lights of south shore. Each bedroom is large and the great room and deck are fabulous!
