In the Var, in the town of Sanary-sur-Mer, 60 m² duplex apartment located in the heart of the alleys of the old town, 80 m from the famous port. You will have 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, a large main room with fully equipped kitchen and a furnished 18 m² terrace. The apartment, although located in the center, is very quiet. Everything is within walking distance (port, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants...). Toulon and Cassis 20 minutes away, Bandol 5 minutes away.

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

Too bad you have to do everything by car. Nothing nearby that can be reached on foot. No child safety on the terrace, with stairs. It would be wise to install safety gates.

We loved staying in Sanary at Matthieu’s apartment. Quiet, with great views of the harbor and sea, near very good restaurants (L.A. Restaurant for a splurge). Matthieu was a responsive host. We will return!

The city of Sanary is within a 10-minute walk. We are delighted with our stay and can only recommend this rental with excellent contact and hosting from Raymond. We spent four wonderful nights in this apartment. We were greeted upon arrival by Jean-Marie and his granddaughter. They made us feel welcome and made sure we knew all the ins and outs of the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Sanary by foot, or hopping in the car and visiting other locations on the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommend!
