We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016, and it was love at first sight! Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50 meters away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2023, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

The house, located in the area of Port-Issol, known for its calm, is close to the beach and the city center of Sanary, with its charming port. You will be able to carry out many activities without using a car. The house is adjoining that of the owners, who will be happy to inform you about the area. It is good for couples and families (a baby kit can be provided at no extra cost). Pets are welcome (the grounds are enclosed).

40 m2 single-story apartment on the ground floor, ideally located by the beach with a 180-degree view of the sea. Once your car is parked in a private parking space in front of the apartment, you can enjoy Le Brusc on foot. The port of Brusc is a 3-4 minute walk away, you will find restaurants, hairdresser, tobacco, ice cream, pharmacy, pier for the embiez... a nice walk will take you to the beautiful Gaou peninsula.

My place is close to everything, the view is exceptional over the bay of Portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you. Restaurants, beach, shops are all next to you, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and cost of parking right next to the apartment, and you can enjoy your vacation on foot, beaches, restaurants, and relaxation.

Sanary sur mer- All on foot

We offer a charming freshly renovated studio in downtown Sanary. Comfortable as you wish, you will enjoy quality bedding, new. A 3-minute walk from the marina, you will be ideally located to enjoy what Sanary has to offer. Shopping shops are also close by. For parking, there are free spaces very close by. If necessary, there is a subscription at 36 euros per week at the car park of the esplanade at 5 min walk.

Dear Vacationers, We entrust our home to you a few weeks a year so you can enjoy the charms of the Var. You will spend your stay in this wonderful place located 20 minutes' walk/5 minutes' drive to Bonnegrâce Beach. We renovated it in a bohemian style and equipped it as completely as possible: baby bed, high chair, beach towels, linens, books, board games... Happy holidays!
