Amazing place, amazing city and amazing host. I definitely consider visiting again. 10/10 can only recommend!!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is lovely, comfy beds with great bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It’s an easy walk into the old town …and lots of great restaurants. Roberto was a kind and responsive host and helped us book a driver for the day. Would absolutely recommend!

Alloggio molto carino e molto pulito, immerso nella splendida natura di San Vito lo Capo situato a 10 minuti dal centro. Host super disponibile e gentile. purtroppo la prima sera abbiamo forato una gomma dell’auto e ci ha aiutato tempestivamente per risolvere il problema, ci ha salvato la vacanza ! Super consigliato 🙏🏼

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung , etwas älteres Inventar aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Vorsaison sicher ruhiger als in der Hauptsaison. Alessio war unser Ansprechpartner sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar, sehr verständnisvoll. Es gab ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, was er sofort gelöst hatte. Vielen Dank nochma dafür!! Wir würden nochmal wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Giampiero. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und immer mit der Versicherung das Sie in der Nähe sind wenn irgendwas sein sollte und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, in einer Minute ist man fußläufig am Strand. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer kleinen Tochter da, und auch sie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Bäcker, ein kleiner Einkaufsladen für die täglichen Bedürfnisse sowie Souvenirgeschäfte alles fußläufig erreichbar. Auch unser Auto konnten wir sicher abstellen. Alles wurde uns ganz genau beschrieben und problemlos zu finden. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden immer wieder bei Giampiero buchen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Appartamento dotato di ogni confort che si può cercare in una vacanza al mare, situato in posizione tranquilla a circa 1,5 km dal centro di San Vito, serve l’auto per spostarsi ma si è lontani dal caos del centro e con parcheggio sotto casa. Pulizia ottima, dotata anche di macchinetta del caffè a capsule con set di benvenuto. Ci ha accolti Massimo con la sua gentilezza e ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

Dom jest położony w spokojnej okolicy. Cudowny widok na plażę z tarasu. Piękny czas spędzony z dziećmi na spokojnym wypoczynku. Plaża czysta, często byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi na niej w zasięgu wzroku (pobyt w maju). Nathalie jest bardzo gościnna. Przygotowała dla nas dom oraz wskazówki co do pobytu. W domu były przygotowane zabawki plażowe, co było dużym atutem. Apartament jest duży i spokojnie mieścił 7 osób (5 dorosłych i 2 dzieci). Alcamo Marine jest dobrym miejscem na wypoczynek w Palermo, jeśli szuka się miejsca blisko piaszczystej plaży oraz bazy wypadowej kierunku Trapani czy Palermo. Widok morza codziennie porankiem będziemy wspominać przez lata ☺️

I am here visiting from the United States with family and needed to stay separately from them very last minute, this is my first time out of the country and I am SO glad I found this air bnb. Anna was absolutely so amazing and welcoming to me, even though I pretty much booked the day of. As somewhat of a solo traveller in a new city and foreign country I felt very safe and welcomed. She made every effort to make me feel comfortable even though I don't speak Italian at all, the instructions were very clear. Anna and Giuseppe gave me many great recommendations for foods around the city, we tried all of them and they were all fantastic. I cannot thank you two enough for making my trip to Castellammare smooth and enjoyable!

L'appartement est très mignon, bien équipé et propre. L'énorme point fort de ce logement est l'emplacement. Une vue magnifique depuis la piscine entre mer et montagne. A couper le souffle... Des couchers soleil incroyables ! Une piscine très pratique quand vous avez des enfants de bas âges avec un côté profond et un côté bassin. La résidence est très bien entretenue et fleurie. Nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir arriver à n'importe quelle heure le jour de notre arrivée grâce au coffre à clés. Pas mal de petits coins sympas aux alentours. Et pour finir, une hôtesse très sympathique et réactive. On a adoré le logement, on recommande à 100% !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Enrico. L'appartement est très joli, très bien équipé et très propre. La vue de la terrasse sur le toit est exceptionnelle. Une seconde terrasse à côté de la cuisine permet de manger à l'abri du vent. Plage, escalade, et même une petite randonnée jusqu'au Monte Monaco depuis l'appartement... c'était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement ce point de chute pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Nous remercions Enrico qui est très sympathique et toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions.

Giacomo and Antonella are the perfect hosts, received us and showed us their house, and were always very kind and responsive. Everything is brand new and with great taste. The surroundings are delightful, imagine waking up with beautiful trees, mountains and a sea view, beautiful. Thank you so much

Accolti da persone gentili e premurose in una villetta a due passi dal centro raggiungibile a piedi ma proprio per questo non rumorosa. Il dehor esterno una vera chicca dove rilassarsi tornati dal mare cullati dal venticello serale. Presente verde intorno alla casa spazio esterno ed interno davvero eccellenti. Caterina e Vito poi persone delicate e squisite. Ritorneremo!

Great location about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Shops only 5 minutes. Lovely clean spacious apartment, had everything you could need for self catering. Comfy bed and extra pillows. Highly recommend for San Vito!

Super hébergement, propre ! Tout est neuf ! Maria Chiara se rend disponible, très aimable et très accueillante…..Dans une zone balnéaire magnifique par son environnement, ses quartiers formés par différents artisans…. La plage et ses couleurs font rêver …..

Eine super Unterkunft mit einer wunderschönen Stadt. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento in zona sileziosa ma vicina al centro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Locale come foto e da descrizione. Ottimi i suggerimenti della signora Patrizia, disponibile e sempre presente per ogni necessità. La piscina un plus assoluto. Vivamente Consigliato.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo! We stayed at this very cozy apartment for 10 days - and what an apartment! The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city and 100 meters from the beach, restaurants and shopping. It is clean and has everything you need for your stay. One of the best parts was the balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and relax after a long day at the beach. There is a small and cozy outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for us and we could make our own food as well. The best part was however the hosts, Vita & Giuseppe!! So kind and warm and full of great suggestions We will definitely be back to San Vito Lo Capo and stay at Vita & Giuseppe’s apartment!

Great location, close to the beach and close to the main road with lots of restaurants and shops. The house is clean and has all the amenities a family needs. Roberto is a wonderful host, he responds within minutes of any questions we had. Giuliano was also great, he made sure we had a smooth check in and check out. I would definitely come back. Thank you Roberto!

Wir wurden von Antonella empfangen, die netterweise auf uns wartete, obwohl wir spät eintrafen. Sie gab uns eine ausführliche Einweisung. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet, vielleicht etwas steril, aber o.k. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine schöne Aussicht, die wir leider wegen schlechten Wetters nicht genießen konnten. Wir kochten, und es war im Großen und Ganzen alles dafür vorhanden. Der sehr schöne Strand war gut fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso konnte von der Wohnung direkt eine Wanderung auf den Hausberg von San Vito unternommen werden, den Monte Monaco. Die Lage von San Vito ist grandios, und die umliegenden Naturschutzgebiete laden zum Wandern ein.

we loved our stay in this sweet little cottage! it's simple but comfortable, and the shaded patio surrounded by greenery is just dreamy. we really enjoyed spending our afternoons relaxing here after the beach. the location was perfect, it's a 5 minute walk/1 minute bike ride into town, but on a quiet road so it feels very peaceful. Elisa is a very kind and welcoming host and made us feel at home. would definitely recommend staying here!

Posizione fantastica, comoda alla spiaggia e alle vie principali di San Vito. Vita è stata un host molto disponibile, anche in fase di check out, quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di un posto dove lasciare le valigie, prima dell arrivo del nostro transfer. Unica pecca è che in alcune ore della giornata al di fuori dell appartamento si senta un odore un po' sgradevole, ma nulla a che vedere con l appartamento. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo e se dovessimo tornare a San Vito, sceglieremo di nuovo questo appartamento, per tutti i servizi e le comodità che aveva.
