"La Casa di Maria Luce"® Selvolini is located in the medieval village of Lecchi in Chianti (8 km from Gaiole) in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, with ample space to comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. It consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. 50 meters from the grocery store for first necessities, tobaccos, a bar-room for breakfasts and quick lunches, a great restaurant a short walk from the house. The large furnished terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

Podere Vergianoni is an ancient family-run property from the 1600s located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle and vineyards with incomparable sunsets.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Casa Virginia is a welcoming Chianti holiday home, ideal for a relaxing break with family or a small group of friends. Set on the edge of the picturesque village of San Sano, the house enjoys peaceful surroundings and beautiful views over rolling hills and vineyards. The large garden is filled with terracotta flower pots and fragrant lavender, and guests can choose between three furnished terraces and a covered loggia to enjoy meals and moments outdoors.

The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

Pierfantini is a rustic farmhouse. It is located on a hill in the middle of a natural park. Isolated from the vitta, the nearest town is the medieval village of San Gusmè. The house is renovated and the ground floor adapted for disabled people or wheelchair users There are three apartments but I never rent them separately. The house rent is for all the property
