Kid-friendly vacation rentals in San Sai Noi

Friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this B&B. We specially arranged to stay in the B&B for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party, very unforgettable. The B&B is not far from the mall and supermarket. Great, recommended.

Our stay at Luna and Lulu's forest house was an absolute dream!​​ 🌿 We spent a rejuvenating week in this charming two-story home surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. The interior’s cozy, artistic touches made us feel like we were living in a fairy-tale cabin nestled in the woods. Luna and Lulu’s thoughtfulness shone through every detail—from the well-stocked bathroom essentials to the yoga mats that added to our relaxation. Our favorite moments were sipping tea in the tranquil garden and unwinding in the sunroom, where we listened to music while watching squirrels play among the trees through the windows. This oasis perfectly captured the serene spirit of Chiang Mai. We left feeling refreshed and already longing to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

It was clean and quiet, so I rested well. It was convenient because there were many bathrooms. There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so you have to bring snacks or groceries.

I loved my stay this place! Beautiful little apartment with everything you need, access to a lovely pool and a little gym. If you need a more fully equipped gym there's a local one with great walk-in price (awake). I recommend having a scooter, makes it an excellent location. Allison was a fantastic host; really responsive and very proactive. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would definitely come back. Almost forgot!! Brilliant value!

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place, clean and quiet. Right next to a major shopping mall. High privacy. No fuss. Easy to check in on my own. I would definitely stay again.

clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

An amazing place to stay, you get a lot more than you pay for. The room itself is extremely clean, cosy and homely. It has plenty of cooking utensils, a very comfortable bed and is part of a great residence. It is located a very short walk from the central festival shopping mall which has great restaurants, a cinema and an arcade. It is also in a good location for getting to many other attractions.

We had a nice stay (1 month). Very communicative, nice host. Awesome pools, nicely equipped gym. Lots of parking and private security. Close to the mall if that's what you fancy. We found the apartment small for us (2 adults) and the wifi in the coworking area was very bad. Thankfully the wifi in the apartment was good. More shelves in the closet as well as generally more storage space would be nice for those staying long term like we did. Overall good stay! :)

This place was better than I expected! It did match the pictures but seeing it in person was absolutely wonderful, very clean, comfortable (better than home!) and beautiful views. The host Arthit was very responsive (even with my silly questions! lol) and very helpful. It was easy to access but also very secure. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Chiang Mai and will absolutely recommend this Airbnb. Wonderful beautiful stay! Thank you Arthit!

lulu's house is in a great location, and it's convenient to shop and eat around.And Lulu's husband is also very nice. He gave us a detailed introduction to the highlights of Chiang Mai travel when we checked in, and he could solve any problems in time. The washing machine in the room is especially great, it's really tiring after playing for a day, the washing machine provides too much convenience. It's very comfortable living at home and it feels like home.From now on, Chiang Mai lhlu's house is the first choice.

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

Great condo, booking again next year

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

I have stayed at various Airbnb places in Chiang Mai since 2022. With no though that Aon's condo was the ultimate Airbag experience for me in Chiang Mai. I was so impressed with every fine details that she placed at the condo, including the clean wine glasses, cookware, utensils, soft bed, ahd soaking bathtub. She even installed a safety net to prevent the accident on the balcony. I have a shower water filter to remove the harmful ingredients from tap water in my house. You will find it here too. The ultimate Aurbnb experience and better than most five star hotel experience in Chiang Mai.
