The location of the room is very convenient and easy to find, the soundproofing is also very good, the host is very responsive and timely at all times, highly recommended!

The landlord was exceptionally amicable and prompt in their responses. The house exuded a serene ambiance, matching the photos perfectly. Within a leisurely 10-minute stroll, one can find two esteemed Michelin-starred restaurants, offering great convenience. Should the opportunity arise, I am certainly eager to return!

Very beautiful place with two big Kayaks. It's so easy to get the convenient store just cross the steet. The rooms were clean and fully furnished. We had really great time at this place and will come back again for sure.

Great place to relax with big family

Apart from the fitness room whose amenities are out of order, the house is large, well-equipped, well maintained, it was a pleasure to stay there.

This B&B is really great!The owners are welcoming and friendly, the location is very superior, convenient and quiet in the heart of Nimman.The house is in excellent condition, the environment is beautiful, and there is an exclusive garden for lounging.Can't describe it in a better term, it's definitely a must stay when visiting Chiang Mai!

Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️

Junjie is a serious and responsible and thoughtful host! Choosing to stay in his house is a blessing!He met all our needs and imagination!The house is big and looks like Villa is hardware!Okay, the host, Junjie, has soft power and makes the house smell! We overturned the original itinerary and enjoyed every corner and equipment in the house, just like at home! Everyone has different meanings for traveling, telling Junjie Host that he will do his best to make his own travel memory!

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

It was a lodging I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for families to stay. It was the best accommodation that satisfied everyone from parents to young children, and I think it will be a very good memory, especially because the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and gave a perfect response. Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Had a great stay at this pool villa! The place was super clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ setup made for a fun evening with friends and family. Everything was well taken care of, and the host was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot for a getaway

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together
