Serviced apartment vacation rentals in San Sai District

For those planning to stay, take note that the room is on 3rd floor, and you'll go up by stairs. I was given the room on the left at first. The room itself is basic, and I have no problem with it, except the AC was not cool enough and the mattress is pretty hard for me, I can hardly get a good sleep. So I tried to speak up to Chaleaf since I will be staying for almost 12 days, and he's been very helpful. I was then moved to the second room, the one on the right side, and have no problems since. Location wise, I like it since 7-11 is very close by. Also there are some night markets nearby, like 10-15 mins by walking. Or if you prefer to go a bit further, Grab or Bolt is very easy to book also. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous y somme resté 6mois même si le logement n'est pas fait pour un séjour de 6 mois nous y étions bien à cause de l'environnement privé d'un haubans la verdure la piscine. Un conseil louer une moto ou une auto, le propriétaire pourra vous aider

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

免费摩托车使得房源的性价比非常高。离塔佩门和一些中心地带大约15分钟的车程。房东的妈妈和另外一位女士管理着这间民宿，她们非常友善，尽管语言有点不通。她们还给我们送了亲手做的食物，非常感谢。 唯一的缺点是wifi信号有时不太稳定，晚上8点后大门偶尔会掉线，需要打电话给房东的妈妈开门，还好我们回来的比较早，不然的话会很不好意思，希望房东能解决这个问题。 抱歉因为我们赶很早的飞机，离开的时候没有说再见，希望有机会能再见 :)

Major attractions were remarkably close, making it easy to make the most of our time exploring. We could walk or take a quick Grab ride to other points of interest, ensuring each day was convenient and efficient without long commutes. The experience was elevated by the incredible food scene around the hotel. The variety of restaurants and cafes catered to every taste and budget, from authentic local eateries to international cuisines. Dining out each evening was a delight, with new flavors just steps away. The consistently high-quality food and the convenience of so many choices nearby were major highlights. For accommodation that blends prime location with a top-notch culinary experience, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

This seems a residence or hotel rather than a bnb style place, but there’s no problem at all. The room is very clean, you should use earplugs because the noise of plane and motorbikes even late at night.

The accommodation was as pictured and was very well decorated. It was spacious and in a great location for entering the Maya area. Unfortunately the A/C in the bedroom did not work amd the TV was not a smart TB but these are very small issues which can be sorted easily enough. Even with these problems i would again.

작년에 한달간 이 아파트에 머물렀어요. 올해 다시 치앙마이에 가게 되었을때 숙소는 전혀 알아보지 않았어요. 월터와 옴의 아파트가 있으니까요! 여전히 편안한 아파트였어요. 예기치 못한 정전에도 계속해서 앞으로의 상황에 대해 설명해줬고 저희의 질문에 아주 신속하게 답해주고 해결해주었습니다. 여행에 숙소 위치도 참 중요한데 님만해민, 산티탐, 올드타운 중간쯤 있는 곳이라 어딜가든 너무 편합니다. 주변에 맛집, 진짜 잘하는 맛사지샵 천지에요! 2주간 너무 행복한 시간을 보내고 왔어요. 월터와 옴 다음에 만날때까지 꼭 건강하세요!!

Through my years of staying in numerous cities and countries with Airbnb, I have been fortunate to have wonderful apartments and exceptional hosts. My experience in Chiang Mai, with Walter and Ohm might have been the best of them all! Situated between the Old City and the very modern neighborhood of Nimman, the location was superb. The apartment was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. I could not have been happier. It was the personal touches provided by Walter and Ohm, however, that put this stay at the top. That included pickup and drop off at the airport. There was also weekly cleaning of the apartment, which was deeply appreciated. Communication was sensational, as any question that I had was answered quickly and information was often provided, even before I knew that I needed it! By the time I left, I felt as though I had gained two friends for life. Anyone visiting Chiang Mai should absolutely consider staying with Walter and Ohm!

Her local knowledge is such a great resource for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The venue itself is in a quiet location and yet so accessible to the highlights of Nimman, Old City, Suthep and more. Highly recommended

This place is absolutely beautiful! I feel very comfortable. Best sleep in Chiang mai. The host is fantastic. Highly recommended

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. While the location is not that walkable, with a motorbike, it was convenient. I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning sun on the turf next to the pool every morning. While this was only a temporary inconvenience, it is worth mentioning that on five evenings, there was noise from live music performances in the mall's parking lot across the busy road. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and the quality of the accommodation.

Die Unterkunft liegt super gelegen in der Altstadt von Chiang Mai. Man war schnell zu Fuß bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten und auf Nachtmärkten. Zusätzlich war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und unser Gastgeber Mr. Vid sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

the condo is very nice with a great garden and pool area, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the host was very responsive, i would definitely stay there again
