Vacation rentals with a hot tub in San Sai District

We had a wonderful stay! This spot has very good location to feel the city vibes. Close to great shopping and restaurant. But it is also a great place to catch the sunset after a long day out. The house in made of two living spaces on two different floors. The first one with a bedroom, shower and a living room and the second has a bedroom, shower with kitchen and dining area. On top there is the balcony with the best sunset view. It is attached to a very good cafe so you can walk down in your pyjamas and order a coffe and a snack :) Loved it

Really lovely architectural design. You can tell that every aspect was made with intention and the aesthetic is really pleasing. The lighting is the best feature. In every room, the lighting is thought out, even in the garden bits, and the placement use of natural lighting is good.

Lovely home! Very clean. Responsive host. Bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors, so lots of stairs, but it is very nice that all bedrooms have a bathroom. Oven wasn’t working during our stay, but they did try to fix it and were good about communicating in the process.

Friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this B&B. We specially arranged to stay in the B&B for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party, very unforgettable. The B&B is not far from the mall and supermarket. Great, recommended.

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Lovely house with a lot of space, has been set up and decorated thoughtfully. It’s comfortable and very clean. The WiFi is very good. Kevin was a lovely host and responsive and helpful. The washing machine out the back is a very helpful addition. Outside of nimman and not really walkable but easy to access and quiet. We sat on the balcony listening to the birds every morning.

The house was exactly as described, and the owner and housekeeper were in close contact with us, preparing a lot of steamed water for us to use during our stay

Amazing house - beautifully furnished and cared for. We were a group of 8 friends and we had a relaxing, fun holiday. Karittha’s place is clean, fresh and well equipped. The crockery and cutlery were ample, of good quality and clean. The towels were beautifully designed as “Swans” on the bed, there were lovely snacks in the kitchen, ample paper towels and bathroom supplies. The house is spacious and a great place for large groups. The surrounding areas have lots of eating options, massage places , night markets, temples, fruit stalls etc. We ate out most days ( the food options are stunning) so we didn’t use the kitchen much, though it is well equipped. Karittha is a very responsive and friendly host. If in Chiang Mai, Karittha’s house is the place to stay at !! Thank you for a memorable stay which we will remember, always.

It was much more spacious and better than the photos. The host, Bo, was also really kind and treated us really well. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and I was worried that the accommodation would be weird since I was going with a big family, but I was completely satisfied. I think it was a close and safe place with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend it for large families or groups!

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful stay this was, located in a quite remote and high up mountain area. The resort itself was beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The drive up to the place is a stunning off-road drive through the jungle. However, be prepared for high transportation costs—around $120 USD per round trip—as only specific taxis can handle the difficult road. We ended up paying an additional $350 in USD just to get in and out of the resort. It’s best to stay put once you arrive. The food was great, though restaurant hours were limited (closing by 8 PM), which made it hard to eat after late excursions. Our room had a lovely view, but wasn’t fully sealed, so bugs were an issue at night. Overall, a wonderful experience for those seeking a quiet mountain escape—just plan ahead for logistics and be prepared for additional costs and timing getting in and out.

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

Great place for a cozy time with S/O or families

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Highly recommend to all travelers, you won't regret choosing here ~
