Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Sai District

The decoration of the house is really lovely and cozy, and the house is spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were good too. The host was friendly and gave us recommendations on restaurants, cafes and sightseeing places. The house was being cleaned and tidied up every day. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Ja and Paul run a truly special place. The Moroccan Hideaway is stunning for so many reasons. 1) The house itself is simply brilliant in every possible respect. If you are a fan of this style the attention to detail will inspire you. The house is spread over 3 floors and is simply a wonderful place to be. 2) The grounds - hidden away, lush, green and well cared for this is a special place to be and you can go for hours without hearing... anything. 3) The pool - just perfect for all. 4) The main house - a stunning piece of architecture with so many things to look at. 5) The hosts - Ja and Paul are so attentive to your needs and always on hand to make your stay the best it can be. 6) The location - about 15 minutes from town (close enough for Grab delivery if you wish) but situated in a lovely little village where you can get everything you can imagine. Overall - this place is just stunning and we will return.

We stayed in this beautiful three-story townhouse which is located 10 minutes walk from MAYA and Nimman road, and it was an amazing experience! The house is very stylish, clean, and comfortable. The large living room with a full kitchen is a great place to relax and spend time. But my favorite part of the house was the very big bathroom — it’s as big as a bedroom! I think it’s a great idea and makes the house feel even more special. Richard is a very kind and interesting person. He’s definitely someone worth getting to know better!

Pattama greeted us in person and gave us a tour of the house, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The house itself is a spacious four-story property, but note there’s no elevator, which can make carrying heavy luggage up the stairs a bit challenging. However, Pattama’s thoughtful touches, like leaving bread, butter, and tangerines for us, made the stay extra pleasant. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to everything you might need, with a large grocery store just a 5-minute walk away—perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay!

위치가 아주 좋았고, 직원분들이 무척 친절하셨어요! 가격이 저렴해서 별 기대없이 방문했던 숙소였는데 침대도 크고 아주 잘 쉬고 만족했습니다😊 짧게 머물러서 아쉬웠는데 다음엔 더 길게 있다오고싶어요!! 강추합니다.

lovely place in a good spot - far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk everywhere. hosts were super responsive and made my stay very comfortable.

The hotel is ideally located in Nimman, close to airport and to city center. The room was spotless, very confortable bed and helpful staff. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options.

Five ensuite rooms on 5 separate floors in the one building. Felt like we had our own little hotel! Oum was an amazing host, fantastic communication and always willing to help out. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

A nice place to stay for a while right in the heart of Chiang Mai.

The host family is so nice and friendly. They cook breakfast for me everyday, and sometimes even invite me to eat dinner together. And the host prepares a bike for me to discover around, and call me cars to pick me up and drop me off both at check in time and check out time. Meanwhile they speak fluent English, which easy to communicate.

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Ich hatte einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in den Glory Suites! Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und trotzdem nah an allem, was man in Chiang Mai erleben möchte. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The place is located close to the old town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and kind. Excellent breakfast.

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

Very cozy and pleasant place near the Warorot market. A large room in Thai style with wooden floor, air conditioning, shower - everything works well. Delicious and hearty breakfast and free bananas, tea, coffee whenever you want. Here for you can organize courses of Thai cooking and active tours. I recommend this place :)
