Apartment vacation rentals in San Sai District

I stayed at Padma’s apartment for over one month. The space is super cute and full of all the necessities one might need during a long stay. The location is great for exploring the Nimman area. Wifi was excellent and the hosts are the most kind and helpful people. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

Everything about this place is well thought out and perfect for remote work. The desk setup is solid with an ergonomic chair, a monitor on an adjustable arm, and a reliable WiFi connection that handled video calls without a problem. There is even a whiteboard for jotting down tasks or planning your day. The apartment also comes with a 55 inch smart TV and four Bluetooth speakers. You can connect to them easily by plugging in the adapter stored in the cabinet under the TV. It was great for background music while working or relaxing after hours. The co host was flexible and allowed us a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The bed is comfortable and the overall space is clean and functional. The view is awesome and made long coding sessions a lot more enjoyable. There were some building renovations during my stay but they only happened on two days out of the week. It didn’t really impact me. I just played music through the speakers and kept working. Recommended!!

Definitely worth the stay, Robert is nice and fast with response and very helpful throughout my stay. The room is definitely just like the picture, especially the view !! Overall very nice place and will recommend to others!!

Tony is an amazing host very responsive and helpful. His apartment is great! location and amenities are awesome. I'd definitely stay again.

소개 사진보다 더 넓고 좋았어요. 리모델링되서 깔끔하고 님만 근처 골목길에 있어서 조용하지만 편의시설은 가깝고 정말 최고의 숙소! 치앙마이에서 20일정조 있었는데 비싼 리조트 다음으로 좋았던 숙소입니다. 그냥 투룸 아파트에요

Я проживала в апартаментах The Treasure с 14.02 по 19.02. 2025. Заселение прошло дистанционно. Я получила четкие инструкции. На парковке всегда было свободное место для моего байка. Кондоминиум находится возле озера и из окон открывается шикарный вид на живописный уголок природы. Апартаменты были чистыми, все соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Стиральная машинка на балконе оказалась очень необходимой. Бассейн на втором этаже очень чистый, большой,с водой комфортной температуры и почти всегда пустой. Очень удобная кровать. В апартаментах отсутствуют какие либо насекомые. Вода в душе всегда была горячая и с хорошим напором. На кухне достаточно бытовой техники и посуды для того чтобы приготовить завтрак. Вся необходимая бытовая химия, в том числе и стиральный порошок есть в апартаментах.Я осталась черезвычайно довольна и благодарю хозяина за теплый прием и комфортное проживание

We’ve spent 50 nights at the apartment and we loved every minute. The complex is fantastic: very safe, very clean, well maintained and small-scale. The apartment itself is cozy, quiet, well equipped spacious compared to many other studios in Thailand. The neighborhood offered loads of local and cheap restaurants and places for a drink. And last but not least Lucy did her utmost to make us as happy as possible: every request was answered immediately and in a very friendly way!

처음 치앙마이 여행 와서 좋은 숙소에 지내게 되어 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다

한국인입니다. 여기야말로 인증샷 맛집인데 왜후기가많이없지 사진이랑 100프로 똑같아요 5박6일 묵었고요 위치 숙소근처에 유명한 맛집들 꽤 있고 짱유명한 네일샵도 두개나있어서 편해요 숙소 바로옆에 밤 늦게까지 하는 대형카페도있고 비비큐식당도있어서 아주편합니다. 올드타운, 반캉왓은 60바트대의 택시비로 갈수있음. 시설 그리고 제일좋은건 24시 수영장입니다 한밤중에 다 잘때, 해없을때 은은한 조명만 있는 그시간에 수영하면 크- 감성 끝내줍니다. 24시 사용할수있다는건 아~주 깨끗히 관리한다는건 아닌거 아시쥬? 숙소내에 큰테이블과 의자덕에 아주 편하고 냉장고도 나름 큰게있어서 엄청 편했어요 다만 장판이 아니고 타일이라 실내화 준비해오면 좋아요 그리고 창이 나무창이다보니까 감성은 좋지만, 모기가 좀 있어요. 홈키파 필수입니다 개인적으로 강추. 예쁜카페 찾아갈 필요없이 커피하나 사와서 숙소정원에서 먹으면 됩니다👍🏻 비오는 날 밤에 우산쓰고 동네한바퀴하면서 로컬국수사먹고 그런감성이 엄청 좋았아요. 로컬지역이라 그런지 시끄럽지않앗고 다만 아침에 닭이 그렇게 웁디다..옆집인듯 그튀먄 췅결이 줴일류 즁요하댜면 고뮌해보숴롸. 전췌일졍보돠눈 며췰만묶귈추쳔. 왜냐맨, 나둉 콘됴로 이샤가뉘캉

사진처럼 깨끗하고 님만해민 맛집이나 쇼핑몰은 다 도보로 이동 가능합니다~!

Great Hosts. Accommodating to our needs and very attentive. The place is located above a 7-11 which is very practical. The rooms and beds are so comfortable.

I had a great stay The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

This place is so cute. A bit on the small side but that is the only even half negative thing I can say. Host is really helpful and friendly. Location is the best, can walk to good restaurants, markets, and shopping centre.

Great area and the room looked amazing! Everything is thought of, also for a long stay it’s a great place. Very close to the main area of Nimman Road!

Tik was a great host. Although I didn't meet her in person; her communications were always thoughtful, clear, concise & prompt. The condo was great! Just as pictured. It had everything I needed. Clean & well appointed. The washing machine & detergent was especially nice. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end a day of exploration. Very conveniently located in the heart of Nimman. Nice restaurants & shops away from Nimman Rd on Nammana Haeminda Rd, at the end of the st. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location in Nimman, close to everything yet just away from the main street. The apartment itself was really nice. Comfortable bed, nice building, I would stay here again! The pool is nice but not much sunshine available due to the building blocking it. The host was amazing, very accommodating!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Great place to stay in Nimman district. Very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, Maya Centre, massage etc. Condo itself is very clean and easy to access. Pool is great with direct sun 10:30-13:00 in January. Gym has enough equipment to keep you going and maintaining fitness. Great communication from Por

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

I really enjoyed this place. The window overlooking the street is perfectly placed. The bathtub was very large, the bathroom itself was pretty cool. Overall, I will definitely book again when I am having another event in the area

非常非常便利的社区！楼下走路2-3分钟就是Big C 周三到周六还有小夜市 很安全 24小时保安 我们自己租了车也有停车位 安保人员超级nice 整个社区真的是太舒适方便了，体验当地人的生活。路口大711后面有个小炒摊 连吃了三天 下次去清迈还会来住的！ 房东小姐姐人超好，知道我们有租车特意等我们给我送停车票，还给我私家攻略，推荐的小区里的咖啡和附近的马杀鸡都超好的！ 很愉快的经历😄
