L'alloggio ART_APART si trova in una zona silenziosa tra i colli D.O.C. patrimonio dell'UNESCO a 5 km dalla città e dalla stazione dei treni di Conegliano, facilmente connessa con Venezia, Treviso, Belluno. Per gli amanti di passeggiate, trekking e cicloturismo, la zona offre svariati itinerari tra castelli medievali e luoghi storici della prima guerra mondiale. Accordandovi con l'host, potrete facilmente noleggiare una bike, ricevere consigli su luoghi da visitare e scoprire e dove mangiare.

La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch.
