Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Pasquale

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

This place is a true gem. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The terrace feels like it’s on top of the sea! Can’t recommend it enough.

We had such a wonderful time at Michela's place Japandi Suites. The apartment is exquisitely furnished with everything you could want for a few nights stay. It looked better than the pictures in real life and the beautiful aroma when you enter is such a lovely experience. Michela also has more amenities than explained on her listing; plenty of comfy furnishings, lots of kitchen gadgets, even workout equipment!! We particularly loved the garden - so great for a morning coffee, a top spot for sunbathing and just amazing at night time with all the lights and candles lit. Michela herself was outstanding. Amazing communication with so many helpful recommendations, always responsive and friendly, she really made our holiday. Thanks for everything Michela, you are excellent at what you do and the luxurious experience you create x

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

Villa Nettuno is a beautiful house located in the small holiday village of Rena Majore. The house is really spacious, clean and with plenty of outdoor spaces - the roof terrace is perfect to enjoy sunsets over the sea! The local beach is only 20-30 min walk. A perfect stay overall! This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at the apartment. The outdoor space is large, great space for yoga in the mornings with sunrise and great for dinner and sunsets. The view is gorgeous. The AC works great to keep it cool when the evenings get warm. Kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking simple meals. The proximity to grocery store and restaurant is also a great perk. We will return!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Beautiful accommodation, welcoming, great location, splendid view of the port. I recommend it. The only downside: the sofa bed is not very comfortable for two people.

The photos actually understate this apartment.. great location, superb views and a really comfortable feeling.. loved it!!

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Our stay with Luisa and her husband was very nice. The place is very, very clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is simply everything you need, but really everything. We felt very comfortable. Our hosts are very friendly and provided us with good tips, they were always easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Thank you so much for this lovely stay.

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

I and a friend and I booked the house for a week and liked it very much. Especially on the balcony overlooking the sea. The house is tiny but cozy. Simone was always very helpful and communicative.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a great location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The furnishings of the apartment are very good, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has great views and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The communal pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.
