There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

In the farmhouse you can enjoy the tranquility of country life, but in a very short time you can go from the beach life of Isola dei Gabbiani, 5 minutes away by car, to the tranquility of the many beaches that are located along the coast from Santa Teresa to Cannigione. Palau is a 10-minute drive away, from here you can set off on excursions to the Archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica. Bed/bath linen not provided, possible rental on site with prior notice or use of your own.

The villa is located in the village of Barrabisa a few minutes from the Angolo Azzurro beach, Isola dei Gabbiani and Porto Pollo. Palau is located about 5 km away from where you can visit the Maddalena archipelago. The central location in the village favors privacy and tranquility from the summer crowds.

Part of a farmhouse: on the ground floor, a living area with kitchen and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and sunsets; on the first floor, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine, unique sunset view. I live in the other part of Stazzu, so some outdoor areas may be shared. Beach reachable with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.
