Entire house has filtered water and hot water. There is a neighborhood security guard from 6pm to 6am. Only registered guests can have access to the pool.

We offer you a cozy house and its location is very quiet (neighborhood). It has alarm monitoring, video surveillance of the house. You can spend a relaxing weekend alone or with family without the noise of the city. It is 10 minutes from the city and Chiricano cuisine, and nightlife as well. Up to 10 people can stay in the house, but since there are only 3 rooms, only 6 to 8 people can sleep there, unless the rest want to camp on the terrace or patio.
