A very quiet studio with a private entrance, located in a nice neighborhood at East Richmond Heights.; easy free way access, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores , and Parks are near by. A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Serene, Nature-like. Clean 2 bedroom 1 bathroom

**Disclosures: Need to walk 2 flights of stairs down and another stairs up to get to the unit. See pics. Pls book only if you're ok with it.** Beautiful Wildcat Regional Park just a footstep away. Great views. Access to to the park through our backyard. Deers are regular guests. Cayotes can be seen occasionally. Squirrels roam our huge oak tree. Great place for hiking. Nearby large casino. Easy drive or take ferry to downtown San Francisco. Visit Sausalito, Muir Woods, or Six Flags theme park.
