Franco is great and friendly. 100% helpful. Good beds. The accommodation is close to the beach. Although we were here out of season, we experienced a lot and enjoyed the town and its surroundings.

Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

Apartment on the mezzanine floor in an area full of plants, flowers, swimming pool and relaxation area. Very well-kept and equipped with everything for cooking. Terrace for dining outside. The owner, Ms. Ivana, is very helpful and friendly. The house allows you to walk to the most beautiful beaches in Tropea. Recommended.

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

We had an amazing time at Marasusa. The view from the garden and pool is wonderfull and we enjoyed spending time at the pool and watching stars from the terrasse. The apartment was clean and basic, some equipment needs to be renewed but all in all a great stay to explore the beautiful beaches and places in Kalabria.

I absolutely loved this stay! The location was perfect—peaceful and very close to beautiful beaches. The host was so kind and welcoming, and everything felt easy and comfortable. I truly wish I had stayed longer. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very clean and well equipped apartment in short walking distance to the old town of Tropea and to the beach. The highlight is the terrace with an incomparable sea view, on a clear day you can see the Stromboli volcano and the sundown is fantastic.

The apartment is in a very good location close to the beach and castle. It matches the description, has everything you need. We had a great time there with the proximity of Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Vibo Valentia, the Serra de San Bruno An excellent base for enjoying the area or the sea

Very well equipped house, spacious, with terrace, garden (common) and private parking in front of the house. Maximum availability and courtesy of the host (Valeria). There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance are the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei. e.g. remember to bring or buy kitchen and bathroom essentials (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc. , which are not available)

Andrea and his family are very helpful and communication was very good! The furnishings are simple but functional and quite in line with the description and pictures. In fact, the location and the views are exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful getaway. Therefore 5 stars 🌟

Giuseppe was an excellent host. We reserved place at last minute because our previous reservation was horrible. Giuseppe was gracious and accommodating. Apartment was in a quiet place. Clean and comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone!!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

We as a group, of 8 people were positively surprised how beautiful the place was. Everything was clean and beautifully bright. You had a wonderful view from the conservatory to the sea. The location was great, it is not far to the train station ( walking distance about 5 min). Communication was straightforward. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much.

We had a great time at Francesco's, responsive, understanding and super nice hosts. Flawless self-check-in despite our delay. A pretty villa in a secure and quiet residence with a beautiful setting large enough to accommodate 7 adults. The super-equipped kitchen, the bed sheets and bath towels were excellent, the outside and the shower outside made our stay pleasant. The beach was only a few meters walk away and in May, we were practically alone on it (really nice). A big thank you to our hosts also for their recommendations and for this stay!!! Arrivederci 🌶️🇮🇹

Overall, the place was very suitable, especially if you're out all day. The air conditioning worked superbly and was very welcome at night. The kitchen was also satisfactorily equipped. However, basic things like dish soap, toilet paper, and sponges were missing. On a positive note, there were plenty of towels and extra linens. Unfortunately, we were stung quite heavily by mosquitoes.

I stayed in Zambrone in a simply perfect apartment: clean, well furnished and in a strategic location, the view from the balcony was breathtaking! Host was very professional and helpful from the first contact, he was always ready to answer any questions. I had an issue during the stay, resolved in a short time. Unforgettable and at the same time relaxing vacation.

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

Great well maintained structure, great location to quickly reach the necessary amenities and beaches. Only note that the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall we had a great time and the pool is an added value when you don't want to move around by car.

The appartement is perfect. The kitchen is modern with everything you need for cooking. and the bedroom is very cosy. All looks new. We had a great time. There is always somebody around to help and support you. Great place with perfect service. Pizzo beach club is even more beautiful than you can see on the pictures. Beautiful pools and beach! We had a very nice time. Alex and Julia's place exceeded our expectations! Clean and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. Up on the roof terrace, we had a great view of the sea and the mountains. We highly recommend the accommodation with the great location and would be happy to come back!

Exceptional stay, an oasis of peace in a place extremely well cared for by Fulvia and her family. Exceptional cordiality and kindness. After a day spent on wonderful beaches, all in the area and easily accessible, returning to that little paradise made our vacation a dream. The kindness and cordiality of Fulvia and her family is difficult to describe in a few words... the added value of this stay!
