The accommodation is perfectly located right in the center of St Florent. But since apartments face the back of the house, it is very calm and quiet. Private parking at the back of the house. Well-equipped apartment, well-functioning A/C. Maria and Jerome are very nice hosts and we highly recommend this accommodation! St Florent is a fantastic little town with lots of cozy restaurants and shops, it feels safe and secure.

Sandy's apartment is on the ground floor, so it is easy to reach from the parking lot (where there is always plenty of space to park). The location is easy to find and reach, despite the busy city of Bastia. Immediately upon arrival, after the warm welcome from Sandy, we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and functionally furnished. Across the entire width is a balcony, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, with a magnificent view of the sea. The sound of the waves gives a 'zen' feeling and in the evening it is good to stay on the balcony. The location is a great base to discover Cap Corse and afterwards a resting point to relax again. Sandy was always immediately available and also gave us some tips about restaurants and other things. Nearby, less than 10 minutes away, you can walk via a beach road to the harbor of Toga where there are a number of bars and restaurants.

Small apartment very good for a short stay. Beach access from the residence! Children's games, hut (but closed in October!!), peaceful and secure residence! Recommended:)

we found in the apartment everything that was in the listing, even more. as for example, at the washing machine we also received detergent, 2 cold beers and cold water to accommodate. I highly recommend.

The place was great. Communication with Eric was very responsive and courteous. There's also a Leclerc right next door. So we recommend this address.

We were two adults, 1 teenager, one toddler and two dogs. Looking for simple and affordable accommodation near the beach. Very difficult with two dogs. The beach is a beautiful natural beach with lots of small coves to linger. Dogs are allowed. Also suitable for small children. The accommodation is simple but completely sufficient for a self-catering vacation. It was clean and there is air conditioning in the living room. We had the bedroom doors open at night so that the bedrooms also cool down. Adel is very polite and helpful. Since he does not speak English and we do not speak French, he arranged for a German-speaking acquaintance to come. There was no equipment for toddlers, but we also did not ask because we managed. A small market is within walking distance and large supermarkets are easily accessible by car. I can't say anything about restaurants, we didn't use them. In low season, it is very quiet there. The way to the beach is short and the holiday complex was very quiet, as almost no one else was there.

Jean Marie is very kind, super helpful and pleasant. She gave us a lot of advice while we were there and provides several documents with travel tips before arrival. The apartment is well maintained, clean and with everything you need to cook and eat. The location is fantastic, 50 meters from the sea, quiet, quiet, you can sleep very well! There is a market within walking distance (a little expensive), but there are two Leclerc supermarkets within a 10 and 15-minute drive. I mean, it was a perfect stay!

Anthony's accommodation is in a great location for visiting Cape Corsica and Bastia and is located right in front of the beach. The apartment is very spacious, clean and also equipped with a balcony, the bathroom is spacious and modern, and there is also a parking lot reserved for condominiums. Anthony is a very responsive host, he provided us with precise directions to the accommodation and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Super recommended!

Emmanuel was a super welcoming host, we were also able to meet his dad who is adorable too. We were treated to small touches, bottle of wine, freshly picked lemon and sweets for our son. The place is ideal for discovering Cap Corse. There is a pebble beach within a 2-minute walk where you can see the sunset. I would recommend this place, you can go there without a second thought.

we were 3 bikers to be welcomed by Olivier. Very nice quiet residence close to the beach and shops. we took wonderful walks in this authentic and charming region. The accommodation is very functional, Olivier was flexible and available during our departure. for sure, we'll go back there on our next road trip

Great accommodation, spacious, with everything you need for a lovely holiday (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, swimming pool in the residence, product for the washing machine and dishwasher), it is located 5 minutes' drive from St Florent. Sabrina is very responsive, always available to answer any questions you may have. Beautiful experience, we will be back :)

Alice took very good care of us and always responded immediately. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The only small note: The beach in the pictures is not the one you can reach on foot from the apartment in 5 minutes. This is a pebble beach.
