Vacation rentals with a patio in San Nicola Arcella

This stay was for me the return, after a year, to the town of origin. So, to the feelings of joy for this return, reasons for satisfaction were added to have chosen an accommodation, even if for five days, in a very bright apartment complete with every comfort and, on the other hand, located in a building in the main square, in front of the bell tower of the church of San Francesco di Paola, which with the chimes of its bell made me return to mind the beautiful moments of my childhood and youth, often limifying the sidewalks of the square admirable from the balcony of the apartment!

Great location! Quiet and peaceful, yet close to many restaurants and shops. Nearby is a large supermarket with groceries and household items, which makes everyday shopping very easy. On the ground floor of the building there is a cozy cafe with delicious coffee and croissants — a perfect place for breakfast, literally a few steps from the apartment (you can go down in your slippers!😄). The block itself is clean and well-maintained, and the apartment is modern, comfortably furnished, with an interesting view from the balcony. Very comfortable mattresses deserve a big plus — the sleep was really regenerating. Thank you for a great stay! I will be happy to come back 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

A very nice apartment from which you can make many beautiful trips to the beaches and mountain towns. Entrance to the complex is easy, private parking right next to the apartment. Very nice and new amenities and everything is complemented by a beautiful roof terrace.

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Clean place with all the comforts as described, a stone's throw from Diamante. Valerio was very hospitable, we were also brought breakfast that consisted of a nice homemade tart. Truly recommended place to stay.

Quiet location with breathtaking views of San Nicola Arcella and Praia Mare. Completely new apartment, clean and in which nothing was missing down to the smallest details. I was traveling alone and having a concierge at the entrance to the village gave me more security. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vincenzo's place. Not only is the house clean and well appointed, but Vincenzo is the warmest host we have had the privilege of meeting on our trip thus far. Accommodation matching the description, immersed in a quiet and peaceful place. All the essentials (sheets, towels, soap, etc.) are provided for both the bedroom and the bathroom and kitchen that allow you to stay without further purchases. Ideal for those who want to combine both mountain and sea vacations. I recommend it.

An entire villa 8 minutes from the sea, better than I expected, in a quiet location, equipped with a barbecue that we used, with the possibility of eating in the garden in the shade of a pergola outside the kitchen, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!!

Marco is a really impeccable host, he immediately welcomed us making us feel at home. Perfectly matching the description, very clean and extremely functional equipped with all comforts, a terrace equipped with a really beautiful shower where you can relax in the evening or sunbathe during the day. Covered car parking and beach within 5 minutes walking distance as well as supermarket and bar. Since we stayed for two weeks Marco offered us a half-day boat ride, even here we really felt as if we were spending a day with friends, Marco and Margherita made themselves available to satisfy all our daughter's requests and to let us visit all the coves nearby. What can I say, a wonderful stay that will surely be repeated in the future.

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. We stayed in this charming large, cozy and furnished property, completely immersed in greenery, with a large outdoor space that reflected exactly what we were looking for, tranquility and relaxation. To complement the enchanting structure, there was the welcome of Mr. Vincenzo who was always friendly, helpful, attentive and able to meet all our needs. I highly recommend it, and hope to be back soon.

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

The house is very spacious and the view from the terrace is beautiful. The village is very small but in case of need there is a small supermarket, post office and a pharmacy within walking distance. We preferred it to the chaos of Marina di Camerota in August, which is still a few kilometers away. Overall it was a very positive experience and Maria Antonietta was super helpful:) Thank you!

I had a good time here. The hosts were very kind and friendly, and I felt very welcome. The place was easy to find, and located close to the beach and shops. The apartment is on the top floor, and there are some very nice views from the balcony. The bed was hard and not so comfortable. The kitchen was nice and easy to cook in, but no microwave. The bathroom was clean and functional. The apartment was cold in the winter, but there is a portable gas heater that you can share with the hosts. Internet was fast and reliable. Parking outside was mostly easy. I would recommend staying her, especially when the weather is warmer.

Organizing a last-minute vacation and finding yourself in a paradise. We chose the house captured in the photos and as rarely happens, reality has exceeded expectations. The house is in the hilly area and the first thing that strikes when entering through the gate is the beautiful view of Marina di Camerota,melancholy at sunset when the voices of people who linger on the beach. The apartment is as pictured, equipped with all comforts and really very clean;the outdoor space with table,deck chairs and umbrella is very well cared for. The location is very convenient because it is far from the chaos,but at the same time in a few minutes you can reach the village and the nearest beach. The stay will also remain unforgettable and above all for the welcome of Rosalia and Franco, two extraordinary people, very kind, present but at the same time very discreet. Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

Great host, responsive and helpful! Home was just as pictured with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The pedestrian stairs down to town (about 4 sections) made it easy to leave the car parked at the apartment and wander the old town and the beach. Great value, highly recommend!

Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.
