We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. My wife's comment a few minutes after check-in: "This is the cleanest apartment on Airbnb ever." On site, Marcos' parents, who live in the main house on the property, took care of us: totally sympathetic, hospitable, helpful. We arrived at night and the two waited for us in front of the house late at night. Previously fast, hassle-free communication with Marco in English to coordinate the arrival. The apartment is very spacious, pi-co-bel-lo (!), cozy, functional, fully equipped. The blinds provide a pleasantly cool indoor climate despite the June heat. Parking on the premises, dishwasher, washing machine. Wifi was fast enough to stream the Nations League. The apartment is "countryside" and was perfect all around for two people like us, who set off from here on their Umbrian city tours and on the mountain tour to Monte Vettore.

What a wonderful host Andrea is. We flew a long way and arrived after dark, tired and a little hungry. We found Andrea had stocked the fridge with enough groceries so we could eat something that night and provisions for breakfast which we so appreciated. We needed help with a SIM card and Andrea came the next day and actually took us to the store! The house is immaculate and has a great garden. The location is amazing as it is less than 10 minutes by car to Spoleto. There is even a train station walking distance that takes you to Spoleto in 6 minutes. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat within easy access to the amenities of Spoleto and the surrounding areas then look no further! This place is great. Thank you Andrea for your home and kindness.

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had informed her of at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk, and fruit juice. In the kitchen there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, and affable, and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer of a decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very convenient: parking right in front of the entrance. Outside you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun – ideal for relaxing. The cordiality of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal to explore Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again – my time there was so beautiful. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place, even for longer stays. Thank you so much, dear Laura!
