Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Rigtig mange trapper overalt. Vi oplevede flere lokale begivenheder, optog og fælles spisninger i byen. Ingen egentlige restauranter i byen, men flere barer.

Mireia è stata disponibile al dialogo sin da subito e si è mostrata attenta alle eventuali esigenze anche se non presente fisicamente. Nulla da poter recriminare e la casetta, seppur disposta su tre piani, è accogliente e regala una sensazione familiare. Immersa nel verde gode di tanta tanta tranquillità.

Alloggio ben curato, pulito e fresco nonostante la stagione estiva, un punto di forza è la veranda esterna, ci ritorneremo probabilmente.

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Siamo stati nella casa di Nicola per una piccola vacanza in famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La casa oltre ad essere bellissima e molto pulita, ha il vantaggio di trovarsi in una posizione molto comoda per godersi il centro, il mare e i dintorni della città di Termoli. Nicola poi dal momento in cui siamo arrivati fino alla nostra partenza è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo trascorso tutti insieme una bella settimana, nei nostri ricordi c'è sicuramente anche la casa! lo consigliamo vivamente!

Esperienza ottima, casa molto accogliente e tecnologica con hi-tech molto utile. Posto tranquillo per passare giornate in totale relax con passeggiate al lago vicino al paese. Il Signor Antonio persona gentile e molto disponibile, attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Our stay was lovely! How often do you stay in a medieval fortification/castle on top of a mountain? Cozy rooms, everything you need with breathtaking views! Our hosts were very attentive to our needs and helpful with getting us oriented and settled in. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

Luogo incantevole, un’oasi di pace e silenzio immersa nella natura, dotato di ogni comfort. Il cottage è ristrutturato benissimo, è bello e funzionale. Abbiamo adorato il giardino con ulivi e limoni, con vista mare e ci siamo goduti splendide passeggiate nei dintorni. Il tratto sterrato di strada per raggiungere il cottage è breve e agevole, e garantisce l’assoluta privacy del soggiorno. Consigliatissimo ❤️

Da Michelina è come stare a casa, anzi meglio perché a casa non hai la Michelina! La sua presenza e cura è sicuramente un motivo in più per soggiornare nel cuore dello splendido borgo storico di Termoli. Anche suo figlio Roberto è stato prezioso nell’accoglienza e per i consigli. Se il nostro soggiorno a Termoli è stato indimenticabile è anche grazie a loro e alla comodità e posizione dell’ alloggio che mettono a disposizione. Se mai torneremo a Termoli, non scorderemo di passare da loro a dare e prendere un abbraccio.

Will definitely book again when I am in Casacalenda. Massimo was quick to respond with answers to questions. The apartment is tastefully decorated; and everything was clean.

Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our favorite place in Italy? This small town has such heart, the art is amazing and the locals are beyond friendly. My husband and I can't recommend this place enough. very clean and comfortable. our only regret is not staying longer. The castle is built in 13th century and so stunning to see in person. we will be back.

Il soggiorno nella casa di Sabrina e Giuliano è stato semplicemente perfetto, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Gli spazi, recentemente ristrutturati con un gusto impeccabile, sono curati nei minimi dettagli e ci hanno permesso di godere appieno di ogni comfort, incluso lo spazio esterno. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere diverse località, ed è a soli 10 minuti dal mare. La zona dell'alloggio è incredibilmente tranquilla e silenziosa. Assolutamente consigliato per godersi in relax una bella vacanza.

Marco und Alisa sind sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeber, zurückhaltend aber sofort ansprechbar, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in ihrer Wohnung sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequemes Bett, Top-WLAN. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Mafalda und man kann Bäcker, Metzger, kleinen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, Pizzeria und eine Bar in 5 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Auto hat man ca 25 Minuten ans Meer und in einem Radius von 1 Std Fahrtzeit sind viele Ziele in den Abruzzen sowohl in den Bergen als auch am Meer zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung der beiden absolut weiter.

Alessandra is a ball of energy! Such a lovely person, who cares a lot about your stay. The apartment is bright and well laid out, it was perfect for two of us, it's an old building, so lots of character and a lot of stairs between the bedroom and living room, fine for us but pay attention is you have mobility issues. Super close to the town centre, and we were able to find places to park, although sometimes it was over in the main square. A little noise during our stay as we were there over the weekend, and there was a festival in the main square, and people hang out talking by the car parking outside the house. Overall super positive, and Alessandra is great.

Masseria San Cataldo is a special place and Frederica and Antonio are warm, gracious hosts. The property is a haven for a quintessentially Italian stay in rural Molise. The large stone villa, (fully stocked), the freshly baked pastries, the olive grove, the forest, the river, the space, the peace …. A perfect place to finish our time in Italy.
